5/24/24, at 3:13 pm smyrna tn, location.order 127, 3 pizzas were ordered and some wings. upon delivery the driver had already put the pizzas directly in front of our door .. with the wings on top.. because of that issue, i slowly opened the door, which only moved the wings on top.. I waved at the driver. she left. I went in and opened the boxes. the wings were fine, but all three boxes of pizza were tossled and thrown apart, smushed and deformed in all boxes. 3:27 pm 5/24/24, Called the store and asked for the manager. I told her about the issue and she deflected, immediately saying that her driver said that she delivered it to my relative in good condition. I don't know what she was referring to. I didn't even answer the door. I waited till the driver left, so there may be another customer out there with deformed pizza also. I asked her what relative. I then asked if she knew what customer i was calling in relation to. She said yes, she had my order on screen in front of her. I asked who the person was or the phone number to confirm that she was sure who's order she was looking at, and she refused to confirm. Just kept saying that she had my order in front of her. I then said my name Terry, and she said yes , Terry. Only because i had given her that information. I told her that i thought that the condition of the product was unacceptable. She said that she could only give a 5 dollar discount. When i asked for a corporate number, she said that she did not know. She refused to answer any of my questions. She refused to give me her first name at least. I have ordered from Marcos on many occasions and this is the first time that i have ever received this kind of terrible service and this is my first complaint as it was that bad. This food is about unable to even be eaten its tossed over so terribly. one is all stuck together. The other two, (pics below) were worse than that but i had to straighten them out. I understand that its important for you all to protect your employees ,but I have pictures of the food and the delivery person on my outdoor cameras to confirm my story. I am trying to email corporate but it seems to be a bit of a daunting task on the website to find the best route of communication and seeing as the store does not support the customer. We spent a bit of money on this food, gave a tip, when ordered and it is only right that this be corrected. We are well aware that it likely wont be, but at least people will know what they could expect now. and young lady manager or pretend manager. your rudeness...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. So disappointed. The staff at this location has zero customer service skills and are inadequately qualified and trained. We love the pizza but every single time we order there is something wrong or missing and they have no common sense to find a solution and make right by the customer. The manager Bethany was rude and unfriendly. Never apologized for their mistake and never attempted to resolve the situation. Even when I offered a solution she was unwilling. Meanwhile their staff gossiped in the back instead of doing their job which is probably why they got my order wrong to begin with. We as customers work for our money and where we choose to spend it should matter. The first cashier couldn’t even comprehend why I had an issue with the fact that I paid for a family salad, received a small and had to go back to fix it. She literally said I don’t understand what’s wrong. Oh, and don’t bother trying to leave feedback for their store. It’s a constant loop of signing in, back to selecting the store back to signing in, etc. I tried other stores and it takes you directly to their feedback page. Not Smyrna store #8459

Read moreI used to love this place, until today 4/14/2021 @ 3:38PM when I received terrible customer service from the woman who answered the phone. After making an order in error, I called the store to tell them I mistakenly needed to make an edit to the toppings. I tried to call as fast as I could; being that the error was on MY END. when I spoke to the woman she was extremely rude and hung up on me, after telling me they'd have to remake my food, because it was already being prepared. Although I can definitely sympathize with how frustrating it may be to have to do your job and change orders at times, I treated the store with kindness and respect and apologized for the mistake that I made. But I guess when you fill these stores with angry millennials that are unhappy with their jobs, it makes it difficult for them to deliver customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place solely based on that encounter. We all have to do things we don't like at times with our jobs, and the same goes here for working at a pizza joint.
