Deliberately overlooked and ski going to the front counter and asking what’s going on with the doordash orders.

It’s very passive aggressive and bad service.

Go to another Starbucks unless you’re a regular and know them by name over 10 orders. I was there so long I learned how the process goes.

The labels come out and are posted at the bottom of a shelf.

My label was there when I walked in and labels kept coming out and my order wasn’t even looked at. Mind you my order was halfway done so the food was getting cold while the drinks were never made.

Idk his name but he is always so friendly and get my drink right every time! The manager Lori is so nice as well! My colleague and I come here about once a month and if they are out of product they tell you when they should have it again. Today for National Coffee Day the line was a bit long but it moved rather quickly. If I have one suggestion it would be to switch to sharpies as the markers they use to write the drink codes rub off on the cold beverage cups due to condensation, which gets kinda messy. Not the best Starbucks always out of something, long lines, no one really tries to interact with clientele. My issue is I will come in stand at the register and wait on them for 3 minutes before they acknowledge that I’m there waiting. Two girls just rude literally talking bad about clientele and making fun of her English. Slow staff, long lines, always out of supplies, the team members working there are just there for a check.
