I placed an order a couple weeks ago for one small pizza and one large pizza. The delivery guy was super nice - called ahead to make sure he had the right order, had a great attitude when we opened the door. However, the small pizza was mislabeled (labeled as a cheese, ended up having a bunch of other toppings on it). I was able to get back in touch with the driver, who said he would bring me the right one and he'd be back as soon as he could. I live 5 minutes from the store. 25 minutes go by and I still don't have my corrected order and can no longer get in touch with the driver, so I call the store directly and the manager picks up, and he says they'll send the correct order to me as soon as possible. Another 20 minutes go by, I still don't have my order. It's been nearly two hours since I originally ordered and I still don't have all of my food. I call the store back and speak to the manager again, and he said with a very rude tone "Oh, we only refunded you for the one pizza that was wrong, and because you got a refund we won't be sending you another pizza. You can't have both." I said "No, I asked for the entire order to be refunded, and for you to make it right by sending me the correct pizza. I'm not trying to be mean or rude, I'm just asking for you to make this situation right." He rudely says that that is not the store's policy. I mention that I plan to escalate the issue since his attitude has resulted in even worse customer service, and he very rudely says "Oh, you do that!", and hangs up on me. I'm not one to complain publicly or write online reviews, but truly the manager who I spoke to that night has completely turned me off to ordering from this location. I did end up escalating it to corporate customer service, who refunded me for the entire order. Long story short, be wary of the manager here and if your order is wrong, good luck getting...

No problem we put a show on for our 8 year old, while waiting. 50 min later I get a notification that our order has been delivered. I check no order. I give it 10-15 before calling because I see it's being delivered by door dash. Again no issue seeing I order quite a bit from papa John's.... another 20 min goes by and my husband calls the store, the manager is not very helpful and she stated there is no idea of her knowing where the order is, or even if it's delivered so she cannot guarantee our food. Almost like a "I don't really care" attitude. She mentioned they have no drivers for this location and this was her only option. I am very understanding, yet how can a huge corporation send out food and have absolutely no information on where it is. It has now been 3 hours since I ordered. Read moreI ordered on 6/7/23 in what I thought would be a perfect pizza and wound up getting a burnt pizza with missing toppings. I ordered the pizza for delivery. When I called to explain what had happened, I was only approached with attitude. The lady who answered the phone said she could give me a refund. When I asked if they could just prepare another one, she said in a rude condescending manner “Look it’s only two of us working today and we have been swamped all day!” No apology or nothing. When I asked if I would receive acknowledgment of my receipt, she proceeded to say “You can come to the store and pick it up!” What in the world happened to customer service.
