Quick & Easy, Plenty of In Stock items. I went in and knew exactly what I wanted via an ad I had seen on Facebook. I expected the usually delivery wait time to be 1-2 months out and when they told me they could have my couch to me in 2 days I was floored. Not only that but he cut me an amazing deal!!💯 So I was able to throw in not 1, but 2 mattresses that I loved AND A BOX SPRING!!

Abdul and Randy were so patient and really geared towards CLIENT SATISFACTION!!! Bc I have been to COUNTLESS furniture stores in search for my perfect couch and going to them was a clear and very humbling difference. I didn’t feel beat over the head or that I had to pay an arm and a leg. The credit check was fast and easy, delivery was quick and detailed and my pieces are EVERYTHING!!! Hence, why I don’t mind to take time to write this detailed review.

Abdul was very personable and so very courteous. He not only went out of his way to help me with the whole process of the financing but he was very resourceful in helping with the decor! Yes he helped me with the decor! Abdul’s attitude was always pleasant no matter how many questions I asked. He was professional and very detailed never losing sight of my needs. I wish I knew of this place when I first bought my house a year ago because my house would’ve been filled with the merchandise from Mega Furniture! When going into places like these furniture stores customer service is my biggest pet peeve and that’s how I know if I will continue my business there. While being very busy Abdul made sure he greeted me when he saw that I was one he had not greeted yet. From that moment I was pleased with his customer service and his good energy. He got me approved and I walked out feeling excited about my new bedroom set. He told me I was in good hands. I got my delivery the next day! I paid the delivery men the delivery fee not knowing I already paid it but they were honest and told Abdul. Abdul called me and told me that I already paid and I can pick up the money. When I tell you they put a smile on my face and my heart that’s what I mean. Not only did they show me great customer service, they showed me honesty as well and I really appreciate that.
