I’m a regular here and the early morning girls are usually sooo sweet & friendly. I have never had a complaint until today. I came through about 5 mins ago & was helped by an extremely rude blonde girl (about 12:25pm 12/18), she didn’t even say hello when I came up to the window. She didn’t smile once, didn’t ask me how I was or speak to me at all besides asking what I wanted to drink. I gave her a $4 tip and told her to have a nice day, thinking maybe her day was just going rough. All she replied was “mhmm” with a glare. I’m just shocked she couldn’t even mutter up the words “thank you”? Wow, what an off putting experience, I’ll definitely stop coming here if that’s how the customer service is shifting. I can't get enough of this place. They're my favorite coffee shop in Snohomish. The staff are always so friendly and happy to strike up a conversation or let you listen to your podcast.
