I recently had the pleasure of visiting this salon/spa for two separate appointments! First for a relaxing facial with Cherie Clausen, and then for a much-needed haircut with Sarah Howell and both experiences were absolutely outstanding!

Cherie is incredibly kind, attentive, and talented. My facial was deeply relaxing, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. My skin felt rejuvenated and refreshed afterward 🤗 truly glowing!

The following week, I saw Sarah for a haircut, and she was equally amazing. Before picking up her scissors, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my style goals and even demonstrated different options, which I really appreciated. The end result? 🥳 Exactly what I had envisioned polished, flattering, and easy to maintain.

What truly impressed me about both professionals was their shared commitment to excellent customer service. Both Cherie and Sarah were right on time and respectful of my schedule. They each offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations for my skincare and haircare routines that I’ve already found so helpful.
