Green Maki — Restaurant in Snoqualmie

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had ordering sushi in my life. The folks working at the restaurant were very nice and polite and kind, so I am giving 1 star in my review for them. But the atmosphere is terrible and service incredibly slow. You’ll be waiting half an hour for simple rolls that should take less than 10 minutes to prepare. We ordered 6 orders of nigiri and two simple rolls and the cost was $75+ which is very high. The nigiri fish was sliced in many small and inconsistent pieces on top of overcooked rice. The rolls were also overcooked rice and poorly rolled and falling apart. I think I made better looking sushi when I was 8 years old at home. I wish this place was better but it is hugely missing the mark. A big disappointment from what used to be Musashis. I will not...

Gentlemen was nice good conversation. But I should have known not having a display case of the fish being used And the microwave being used as i walked in. I should have turned around. Never seen the rolls I ordered be made the way it was especially the dragon roll . Minimal eel. Ordered 4 salmon eggs forgot the actual name is ikuri or something .
