Great: the people who work there are super nice and helpful. There menu had a lot of options for different dishes, which is helpful when visiting with a group. They made the food when we ordered, so very fresh.

Good: the takoyaki wasn't the best I have had, but it was hot and good. The udon curry was not spicy and very flavorful. The korean noodle rolls were crispy and delicious- they were a bit spicy when ordering the mild, so if you don't like any spiciness, then avoid ordering. The gyoza were good. I really liked their tea and the other ramen dish that we ordered was decent. We swapped the regular broth for something spicy - it wasn't too spicy, just enough for flavor.

One of my absolute favorite places, this is a must-stop anytime that you are headed out past Snoqualmie or up for Snoqualmie pass is Shane, his amazing life that is already been lived contributes to a level of compassion that is almost unmatched. Add to that is knowledge of a number of different cultures and foods and he is the perfect person to suggest different ideas for dining in this incredible little hole in the wall. We are kind of running out of excuses to come back here beyond just saying the food is so amazing we have to go and make that our primary objective rather than something else that we do. We were hoping to visit friends in Snoqualmie but it didn't work out. Naturally, we ventured to find food before starting our two hour drive home and I came across Ridge Cupbop & Ramen. My boyfriend makes bibimbop (favorite of course) at home and have tried many other restaurants with bibimbop.

I am so happy we stopped here. We were greeted and helped by a lovely woman whom I assume is the owner. The hot pot bibimbop was delicious with fresh ingredients, the rice nicely crisped, and chicken prepared close to the way we have at home.
