We were recently in the park after doing a take out from a nearby restaurant. There are benches in the park and we lounged around after having the lunch. It was a foggy day but later on the fog cleared from the ridge and the clouds were hanging around still in the valley. Very beautiful day indeed. Read moreBeautiful, large picturesque park surrounded by mountains. I arrived right before the sunset, and caught the sky turning blue to pink. It rained for two minutes, and then a double rainbow lit up the sky, and tops of the mountains. I painted here. What an experience! Restaurants are nearby and so is the 208 bus to Issaquah. Looks like a community, family park. So please respect the area. North Bend and Squoqualmie Falls are a short drive away. Park includes parking and restrooms....
