We called from up the interstate....we had options. I was quoted a price of $119+tax. We pulled into an almost empty parking lot and checked in. I told the young lady at the front desk that we had just called. As I signed the document, I noticed they had charged my card $154 + $20 in taxes. I told the young lady she had quoted me $119. She said their rates are never that low. We were tired so I let it go. We asked about a restaurant. The young lady said there was a Hawaiian BBQ place "Just down the road over here".....we never found it. The website advertised free breakfast buffet. In the morning I went to take a look at what was for breakfast, and all I saw was a sign saying "Free Hot Breakfast Available at Front Desk". So I went to the front desk and inquired. A different young lady said there is no breakfast. When I told her about the sign, she walked with me to the dining area. She immediately grabbed the sign and said "There is breakfast" pointing to a counter with a few slices of bread wrapped in plastic wrap, along with a three donuts. the website advertises a pool and a gym. When I asked where they were, I was told they were on the bottom floor, but not available to the public because of covid (fair enough, so take it off your website!). The evening after I checked out, I was visiting with a friend in the lodging industry, and I told her about my experience. She called the hotel and asked about vacancy and a room rate. She was quoted $153 + tax. When she said that she found a rate online for $119 for their facility, she was told they would honor that price.....but would they really when she showed up? And to top it off, I left my phone charger in the room. I called them when I got home, and they said it was not in the room and not in Lost and Found, and they would have a manager call me in the morning. I have not hear from anyone. When I call the hotel, I get can't seem to get through until after 3-5 tries. This is the first review I have ever left. I felt compelled after so many things went wrong with this stay. I cannot find any way to contact the corporate office, owner, manager, or anyone else but the front desk. Beware of this bait...
Read moreUpon our recent visit to Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America during "The Real Twin Peaks" event, we experienced exemplary hospitality that merits recognition. Our accommodation arrangements, made well in advance of our cross-country journey, were handled with remarkable professionalism by Laurie, who proactively applied a newly available discount code and generously upgraded our accommodations.
The reception staff exhibited exceptional cordiality during check-in, providing valuable dining recommendations within proximity to the establishment. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was further demonstrated when they furnished our quarters with additional storage furniture to facilitate our extended sojourn.
Beth, responsible for housekeeping services, maintained impeccable standards daily—providing fresh linens, immaculate room conditions, and properly appointed bathroom facilities. The accommodations offered ample space for two guests, complete with refrigeration, microwave capabilities, and convenient storage for refreshments. The centrally positioned desk proved advantageous for technological requirements, while the spacious closet, well-illuminated bathroom, and generous shower enclosure enhanced our comfort considerably.
The morning meal service consistently presented fundamental offerings with judicious variations: eggs, pork products, assorted baked goods, bread selections, cereals, porridge, various juices, and notably exceptional coffee. The culinary and service personnel demonstrated consistent amiability and attentiveness. The self-service waffle preparation station is particularly recommended for its superior quality.
We anticipate returning to Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America upon our next visit to the region, as the establishment has proven itself worthy of...
Read moreBEWARE - Do not book here! I reserved a room block for my wedding months in advance. We never received any follow-up emails prior to the wedding to confirm how many rooms & what guests had booked under our reservation block. When we arrived to check-in, we stood in a long line and listened to multiple guests in front of us complaining to the front desk about being checked in rooms that had clearly not been cleaned. One lady even said there were ants all over the floor. Our room was huge and clean - no issues there. My bridal party that tried to check-in after the wedding at 11pm had to WAIT FOR TWO HOURS until 1am to get in to their room because housekeeping hadn't cleaned their rooms yet. We had another guest that paid for early check-in at 12pm but their room still wasn't ready at 4pm. They had to wait until after the wedding to check-in at 11pm. I was charged the wrong rate for a room that we reserved and didn't receive the room that we had booked (booked a King and received a double-Queen).
The lack of customer service when I emailed the group booking manager to help remedy this issue was frustrating - I got a pathetic excuse about how they had too many walk-ins due to the weather and weren't able to keep up with demand. I don't understand why a walk-in was given priority over rooms that had been reserved months in advance. The front desk clearly needs additional training on the reservation system and the properties amenities (didn't know they had a fire pit and couldn't figure out how to turn it on) and their housecleaning staff is clearly over-extended. Save yourself the head-ache and book a chain hotel...
