Taco Bell — Restaurant in Solon Township

Went to the drive thru about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't really busy only 1 car in the drive thru in front if me. I place my order of a combo and an order of cinnamon twists. The order was correct on the screen. I then drove up paid, and received a bag I was assured was my order. I put it down and went home to eat. Once I got home I noticed that my order of cinnamon twists was nowhere to be found. So I called up and talked to the manager on duty. Explained what had happened and was told ether I can get back in my car and drive back there or they could take my name and address and send me a voucher for the mess up. Well I was not going back out that night, so I asked is there anyway you could just write my info down and I would pick the product up tomorrow. I was informed "NO" they don't do that because a different manager will be on duty and they will have to send me a voucher. I begrudgingly consented and gave the manager my name and address. I have yet to receive any voucher or anything from Taco Bell in the mail. I am extremely displeased with this location and now refuse to spend my hard earned money there. After Taco Bell messed up and have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. The night manager that I talked to (a young sounding gentleman) didn't sound like he cared at all that his staff messed up and ruined my night. My guess is that he never even wrote down my name and address of left a note for the stores GM to let them know about the incident. I am now done with that location and this insident has really made me rethink even going to any other Taco Bell location, do to the lack of caring of the quality to service that this company is giving to its patrons. It would be nice if anyone from Taco Bell reached out to me over this incident but I am not holding my breath, and probably won't ever go back to this or possibly any Taco Bell...

Taco bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants.. So this is a tough review.. However I will not be returning to the cedar springs MI Taco Bell anytime soon. I went to Taco Bell in Cedar Springs MI for lunch today. 3-30-21 order number 524 and the lady that took my order was extremely rude, short and yelling at me through the order box and aggressive. This made me a bit uncomfortable. Complaining that she "could not understand me" and repeatedly cutting me off and asking me "what did you say?" and continued to ask me "is there anything else I can get you?" Before I was through ordering.. In my opinion she would have been able to hear me had she of just let me speak instead of attemting to speak over me the entire duration of the ordering process. It's Almost as if she didn't have the time in the day to deal with my order and she had better things to be doing other than her job. The people at the window were very kind.. however that does not excuse the behavior of your employee whom is aggressivly taking your "valued customers" orders. I've never had this problem at any other fast food restaurant before. In the last few weeks the customer service has been on a rapid steady declined. I urge you all to take your business elsewhere.. Somewhere that they appreciate your business. The way you treat your customers is unexpectable.. How can you expect repeat valued customers when you allow your employees to treat customers this way? I strongly urge you to examine and reevaluate your employees customer service skills. Unfortunately before today I gave this particular Taco Bell a 5 star rating. LITTERALLY MY FAVORITE PLACE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I mainly go to the cedar springs one and occasionally I'll go the the one in rockford mi. I litterally love about everything on this menu, taco bell is my comfort place for real. I always get food through the drive through, I use the rewards app which I'd so quick and easy and useful. I order on my phone, drive to taco bell, go to the drive through speaker, tell them I have a mobile order, pull up to the menu, grab my food, and go. Everything at taco bell is so yummy sometimes I'll have it 5 times a week for a snack. it's safe to say that I'm actually addicted. definetly go to your nearest taco bell, their food is so delicious I've been eating taco bell ever since I was in daycare.
