Burger King — Restaurant in Solon

I used to be regular here, going about once a week or so for a several years. However my latest visit was something very different from prior visits. I had moved earlier in the year and could no longer visit this location nearly as often. About a month ago was my latest and last visit to this location and maybe even all locations. I USE to actually tell people about the surprising high quality of ingredients with fresh produce and made to order food that was fresh and also tasty. However my last and final meal at this place was something of pure shock and disgust. At around 1pm (at the tail end of the lunch rush) I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with a side of mozzarella sticks added. To sum up the experience the soda was watery and tasteless the fries were stale cold and unseasoned and the chicken was dry tough and well over cooked and tasted of multiple re-heating and defrosting, but the worst was yet to come as the mozzarella sticks with brown, dry, and hard in the center tasted awful and spit it out, I reluctantly and regrettably ate the chicken sandwich as I had not eaten yet that day and didn't want to waste the money I spent,It made my stomach upset and had cramps for hours after the fact.

I will never eat here again due to the poor food alone not to mention the staff was unfriendly and I felt my business was unwelcome and unwanted.

:note: I always make sure to be extremely polite as not only are these people handing my food but they have it hard enough trying to work in a less than ideal...

I had given up on getting food here, since they could never get it right no matter what. As a DoorDash driver though, sometimes I get orders here. The younger girl that works the drive-thru during the day is just hateful. She just throws the food at you without even barely looking at you, definitely no thank you or anything. Just now I picked up an order and the old woman that was working the window must have been her trainer or something. She cut me off at the drive-thru, then when I asked about my customer's shake, she snapped at me and told me to read the receipt. I had two orders and she seemed annoyed when I looked at the wrong one first. Was it so difficult to just tell me that they were out of shakes and she also wrote it on the receipt for the customer? I'm not sure what type of screening you go through to make sure you get the most hateful people on the planet that will hate the job more than anyone, but...

I just encountered the rudest women while going through the drive through. She had zero respect, shut the drive through window right as I went to hand her money because I must have taken 5 seconds to long for her. Then she opens the window and rudely says "are you ready now" and practically throws my food at me and doesn't even give me my change. Great customer service! Now I understand why know one else was there. There was recently a forum on the Solon Soundboard about Burger Kings extremely rude employees. I should of took note.
