Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Solon

I came to this location approximately June 6th 9:01 PM to pick up a Uber eats order as I walk in the restaurant a slim tall Caucasian man is screaming at me. What is your order? I then jokingly say dang can you greet me at least laugh out loud I then gave him the order name. He then says with a nasty mean attitude, the same he had as I walked in. What did you say? I said the name of the order is blank he then said what did you say before that? I repeated what I said he said I did greet you, but you were on your phone. He throws the pizza on the counter instead of me arguing or getting combative. I then grab the pizza and I walk out About five minutes later I thought about it and I called the store to speak to a manager to see what the issue was because I normally don’t have any bad issues at this location. The same guy who remains nameless, since none of the other employees would give me his name Then answer the phone and I said hey, are you the same guy that I was just speaking to in the store for the pick up order he then says yes so I asked him what is the issue? Why were you so nasty to me when I came in the store? He then start screaming again saying are you really calling in to make a complaint about this? I said well I’m technically not making a complaint yet. I was just asking. What is the issue because you were nasty to me when I was in the store and I didn’t want to argue and I can tell you were going to be that’s it so I was going to call in And see what the issue was to clear things up before making a complaint if possible he then tells me you on your phone. I did greet you. I didn’t let him know you were sitting down when I walked in the store and then you jumped up screaming at me if you did say hello that’s what you were saying as you got up off the chair you were sitting on and you were load to the ground so maybe I did not hear you if so that’s fine. He then says I’m not about to do this with you. You’re just a Uber Driver you’re not even a regular customer. I then tell him I actually frequent this location all the time as a regular customer because I work for Uber part time doesn’t mean I don’t deserve any respect. He then screams through the phone and says I don’t give a damn I’m not about to do this and hangs up I called back very upset. Another worker answers the phone a younger Middle Eastern man who always helps me when I come in and he knows me from coming in very frequently. I did ask him. What is the issue with the guy and why did he just disrespect me like that he didn’t say Well you came in the store upset so I don’t know. I said when I came in the store, I was not upset. I just said you could greet me and I took the order and left. I didn’t give a attitude in the store. I didn’t put up a argument in the store. I didn’t get anything in the store. I just took the pizzas and left I said so is that going to be the excuse for him disrespecting me on the phone just now The guy who was talking to me agreed with me but then anytime I ask for the workers name that disrespected me he would say I don’t know his name. I don’t know who you talk to, so I told him OK. I see that you want to defend your friend and you don’t want to give up his name that’s fine. Everything is recorded I will call into Customer service and make a complaint so I am going to call into Customer service but I also wanted to leave a Google review so other Uber eats and door dash drivers know that they are not respected unfortunately because the workers at this location don’t respect delivery service drivers. I ordered a few pizzas here for a work event. The gentleman at the counter was cashing people out, touching the register, countertop, money, and etc. Then began dealing with me. He had me pay for the pizza then said just a second I’m going to get your pizza; he proceeded to go grab my food (NO GLOVES NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS) gets the pizza out with one hand and his other BARE hand was on the top of my pizza. He never washed his hands after touching things and never once thought to put GLOVES on while dealing with food. He then proceeds to grab the peppers with his bare hands and throw it in the pizza box as if what he was doing was the norm! This is so nasty and very UNSANITARY. So, our normal pizza parlor was closed so we decided to give these guys a try. Couldn't order online so I called in. The young man was VERY confused, couldn't take my order after well over 5mins but very nice. Manager got in phone and rushed through my order to where I could barely ask questions. I was told my order would be here in 45mins but it came in 35mins (I live 5mins from them). I had 2 pizzas and 2 orders of 6pc wings with different sauce for $53 WOW. THE PIZZA WAS LITERALLY COLD and gave me the same sauce of all the wings. Wings and sauce was ok and hot. Very pricey and very unhappy. Will not order...
