It’s sad for me to read any negative reviews about this store! The posts with few stars are not accurate! This owner works with consigners to get the best prices for their items. I have consigned many items with UpscaleIT and their policies are great. The owner and manager always work with clients really well with great communication. This store runs fabulous sales, has high quality Authenticated Items, they donate to the community, and will even host private shopping parties. An OK place to stop in when you're in the neighborhood. Was in here a few times before finding something that I liked at a good price point. Selection is.... interesting and ranges from some pretty wacky fashion pieces to workout wear. I have not consigned here yet -- I brought in a size 4 BCBG Max Azria cocktail dress which was deemed "too short" and "too small" for them to accept (though I found a Michigan State t-shirt on one of the racks that same day -- Not sure how that's "upscale"?!?). Stopped in today just browsing 3 employees and one other customer was in store, all the employees attention was on the one customer I browsed around a good 5-7 minutes not one hello, can I help you find something, no greeting at all.
