I don't know where to begin. I understand that businesses have found it hard to find employees since COVID, but I'd rather close my business than have this group of people working for me. First it took about 25 minutes for me to get my food. While I was waiting at the window you can hear one of the employees yelling at the top of his lungs saying N word this and N word that. I ordered 2 nugget meals and a chicken sandwich meal with a medium frosty. The young lady gave me a small frosty and I had to correct her so she gave me the medium. I pulled off and noticed that 1 of my meals were missing. I go back but go inside with my receipt and the employee who was taking orders at the front register was on Her phone. There was another employee working without gloves, I saw a gentleman slam someone's chicken patty onto their bun while the other employee just continued to make the sandwich. The young lady who was on her phone the entire time went to put about 6 doordash order in the doordash pick up area. One of the bags fell on the floor because her hands were too full. She didn't even notice bc she was so engulfed in her conversation. I had to tell her that she dropped one of the bags and she walked over, picked it up off the floor, and put it on the shelf with the other orders. In that moment, I demanded a refund. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's again. No professionalism AT ALL. These people just don't give a damn!!! I'm highly embarrassed for...
Read moreWife just had Wendy's delivered. I'm used to McDonald's and BK when it comes to fast food. I told her to order me anything because I don't know the Wendy's menu. She ordered me some sort of double bacon bourbon with cheese. Took a bite. As I was chewing, I couldn't understand the signal my taste buds were trying to send my brain. So I took a second, bigger bite for more information. As my brain began to process what was going on, I started to realize, this was ridiculously delicious! I ate the entire thing without touching my fries or soda. Boom, sammie down, time to followup with the fries. Pinch out like four; down the hatch. I suddenly realize these don't taste like the fast food fries I was used to. I could taste fried potatoes with a hint of salt. Pinch out another five or so. Less than 60 seconds pass and I realize I just at a medium fry without the need for ketchup, and still haven't touched my drink. Wash it all down with an ice cold Coke which was the most basic part of the meal. I mean Coke is Coke. That burger though... And them fries... I'll be seeing ya'll soon... Keep up...
Read moreWe are done trying to get food from this Wendy's. Several times now they simply have the doors to the dining room locked and we're only had the drive thru open. Today was a worse experience. As you can see from the picture the posted sign listed that the dining room should have been open around 6pm tonight. As we have experienced in the past, the doors were locked. There was no sign indicating the dining room was closed. There were employees inside. As we were standing at the door trying to figure out what was going on, another customer pulled up from the drive thru and asked us if the dining room was open. We shared it was locked. They shared they were told in the drive thru that the drive thru was closed.
Apparently they weren't serving customers. We and others left unhappy and disappointed.
After similar experiences several times now, I've decided it's not worth ever trying to get food from the Solon Wendy's.
I recommend the one in Aurora instead. They had both the drive thru and dining room open and served my family...
