YOU & I TEA BAR — Restaurant in Solon

This place was absolutely amazing. Not only was it the best boba I have ever had but it was also the best service I have ever had. There was one women there running the shop by herself and she was undoubtedly the most wholesome and kind person I have ever met. That womens deserves the world fr. Not to mention that both of my boba drinks and my crepe were absolutely amazing. I got the brown sugar milk tea and the Hakkaido milk tea, both were amazing the hakkaido was a little sweet for me but still great. For the crepe I had the benoffee and just so you guys know these crepe are huge and definitely worth it. Lastly I'm not even sure what they are called but the little pancake roll things (picture included) this were amazing like I don't even have the words for it, but my crepe apparently was a little over done (I couldn't even tell it seemed perfect to me) so she brought these little pancakes rolls to my friend and I completely for free. This was my first time coming to this tea bar and my experience was absolutely awful. When I stepped my foot into the place the worker named Zaiya (not sure how to spell it) was on her phone cussing and paying no mind to me as the customer. Not only that but when she finished with my order I asked if I could get a spoon and she just threw the container at me with full force. Once I started eating my waffle there was no nutella inside only marks of it. I spent almost $17 so being stingy should be a crime. To add, she turned off the waffle machine and for every single customer coming in she said she couldn’t make it. This place has terrible customer service and I don’t recommend anyone...

The sodas aren’t very good, a soda stream is honestly better. It’s just club soda with some syrup. The drinks aren’t bad but the cups and seal lids are flimsy. You have to be very careful when putting the straw in or else you’ll make a mess. The price isn’t bad until you realize that you have to pay for the topping on top. It’s honestly criminal how they charge that much and have such cheap packaging. The staff is super sweet, but the product is mediocre and the store is tacky. Save your money go to Costco and get one of those heat up boba packs it’s honestly the same quality. I would have given it 1 star but the staff was super friendly...
