Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Somerset Township

Decided to give this place another try after not going here for over five months due to the last two pepperoni pizzas I bought being dried out and inedible and the manager complaining about the customer before me, after they left, telling me they did not tip enough. This last visit, they were out of everything at 1:30 pm and had to make my order fresh, which is not an issue at all and would rectify the previous issues I had. They gave me a beeper and sent me to my car. Well, they ended up forgetting about my order and I waited over 20 minutes for my pizza and crazy bread. I didn't even get an apology and the gentleman who took my order acted like it was somehow my fault, that I ”should have reminded them sooner” . I should have made a scene but in the end that gets you nowhere. I'll just no longer part with my money at your store. I am over this location, the constant poor customer service, and horrendous food quality. This is honestly, hands down the worst Little Caesars I've ever stepped into. Returning from Greenville, South Carolina to my hometown, Somerset for a visit, I chose to try Little Caesars. Since when does it take an hour to get a pizza here? I sat in the parking lot waiting for my pizza when I had done my order online prior to stopping to get the pizza.
