Workers went from handling money directly to handling food without gloves or washing hands. This should be a health code violation. Cashier also tried over charging me by about $2.00 until I told him about it. He had to call over another worker to figure out how to charge me correct.

Also took a LONG time to receive my order (5 cuts that were prepared and sitting there). All they had to do was put my slices on a plate and hand them over.

All in all, possible health code violations, staff member that doesn’t know how to do his job and tried to over charge, and lastly long and undue wait times.

Stay away if at all possible!

UPDATE: Never received my order, watched two individuals order the same thing who came in ten minutes after me. Demanded my money back and walked out....

Seems to be a regional style of pizza that I don't necessarily get. My kids do, and that's great. They love it, in fact, hence the four stars. I don't really enjoy knowing my opinions about pizza have calcified to this extent. I thought I was pretty open-minded. The pizza is square and ordered by the cut. The sauce is good. The crust tastes nice, with the proper amount of salt, but is somewhat thick. Yet it's texturally unlike a typical deep-dish crust. So while the food was good and service from 2 out of two people were great the girl “in charge” as she put it really needs to learn how to talk to coworkers. Regardless if it was her little sister or not the way she talked to her made me want to cancel my order and walk out. Then while waiting for more food she decided to just sit with another customer she knows because again she can do what she wants being “in charge” the other two employees working were great and props to the younger sister for being talked to that way I wouldn’t do it.
