Will never order from here ever again. Ordered food on 5/11/25 at 3:30pm and the two young workers there were extremely unprofessional. Both of them laughing at me for some reason then leaning towards each other whispering and snickering.. made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Anyway I take my takeout order home and realize I was so busy focused on the way they were treating me I wasn't watching how they made the food and my order was a complete mess. Ordered my food with extra extra rice and recieved none. On top of that I got a straight cheese quesadilla with two pieces of chicken per slice... and somehow they have some type of crunchy onion I definitely didnt order. If I owned this establishment I would look into who exactly was working during that shift and get rid of them because they just lost you a customer for life.. im willing to bet the way they were treating me that im far from the only...

Staff is very friendly, speedy service. The food is decent. Similar to chipotle. It’s not as expensive as people make it out to be. I paid $17 and got two chicken tacos with the fixings on it, a carnitas quesadilla with the fixings and a large side of rice, plus the free chips and queso that comes with the quesadilla. The portions were as they should be. For those complaining that the portions are “too small” are simply just greedy as hell. There’s always the option of adding more meat etc, to what ever you’re purchasing. It’s a very clean location from what I saw which is always a plus. I’ll be back to try some more items on the menu. Left a one star review because I couldn’t pick zero. This place is not good.

The food is pretty bad but I can forgive that because most fast casual Mexican restaraunt are bland. Pancheros is a little less enjoyable to eat than the others but not by much.

The serving sizes are hilarious as the other reviews say. They scoop the meat up with a freaking tablespoon looking thing it’s actually funny but frustrating paying $11 for a few pieces of dry diced chicken.

My burrito bowl felt at most half as heavy as a typical burrito bowl from chipotle. And the price is basically the same. Pancheros is definitely more cheap as they charge extra for...
