Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Somerset

So I have ordered from here for years and years. I even used to work here. Recently I ordered my normal food and hours later it still haven't been delivered. I call to see where it's at and the store manager tells me that o never ordered any food from them. ( Refused my name or address ) She only would take the last four of the card I ordered from. She told me the only way she would help me is if the next day I brought in bank statements to prove I bought the pizza, my phone wasn't allowed because in her words" anyone could makeup anything and show us" to which I did respond with I have the fing order confirmation email and confirmations from cash app" long story short they gave my money back later that night with no call. Would y answer me then come to find out she blacklisted me and refuse to let me order because she accused me of trying to con her out of pizza and I responded with a cuss word. Not cussing her but just one cuss word said in a sentence. Don't order from here. There is another pizzahut just a few miles up the road. Nothing will ever happen to these managers if profits are t impacted. I know my house will no longer be ordering from here. If the owner sees this I'd love to give you the full story cause like I said I used to work there and know it can be a good place and I hate to see all the money the owner put into it be wasted on terrible management. UPDATE. The store manager called my fiance back to yell at her about us trying to order food today. What kind of place calls customers back to argue with them. Not to try and fix anything, this lady gets her rocks off on acting better than us...

The ceiling in the lobby is in disarray. There is quite obvious structural damage that has been avoided instead of repaired. This is confounding because the food is quite expensive for what you receive. There is no shortage of funding available, only a lack of effort. The roof leaks all over one of the tables due to this neglect.. Don't sit on the left side of the lobby. There is black mold under the drink station in the back. The make table is broken and smells like sewage once in a while due to the rotting food that drains from it.. there is plumbing problems in the women's bathroom that puts out a foul smell consistently.. The water inside of the warmer never gets changed and is likely housing a multitude of various bacteria. The employees are constantly fighting and disrupting the experience for the regular customers due to their incessant, completely unnecessary squabbling. They all hate their jobs and take it out on one another.. also, Susan Vaught is a very rude employee. I could go on for a while but that's what you should know walking...

We ordered $40.00 from this Pizza Hut, it arrived at out house 3.4 miles away cold to the point we had to microwave it before we could eat it. We are not the type of people to complain but this was really one of those cases where it warranted a call to the restaurant. My wife called and spoke to Tina the manager, and politely told her that our food was cold, Tina interrupted her and immediately said there was no way it was cold and said my wife was lying!! And continued saying we was lying about our food, but she reluctantly gave us a $15 credit, which was ridiculous on a $40 order but we didn’t argue with her. So I called today to use our credit and unfortunately Tina answered the phone but I went ahead and ordered with her and when she realized it was me she immediately started talking over me saying how me and my wife were lying about that food, I’m literally appalled by this, and honestly I make over one hundred thousand a year so I doubt that I’m going to lie over $40 in Pizza, I suggest that you pick a different restaurant to spend...
