Simply the Best — Local services in Somerset

Simply the worst. I ordered what was pictured online as one of the most beautiful arrangements that I have ever seen. Described as, Tender Sunset. Lavender roses, dusty miller, seeded eucalyptus, misty blue, succulent, peach carnations, peach hypericum, burgundy ranunculus, peach roses, lavender spider mums and peach spray roses. INSTEAD, what I received was pink and lavender daisies, pink carnations, 4 pink roses, another cheap flower and green fern filler. I understand florists may be out of some flowers and have to substitute, but this was a complete substitution. Everything was different and cheap. I paid for 2 different types of roses, succulents, etc… When I called to inquire, they rudely stated that their website said they could substitute and all they could do was pick up the flowers and refund me. Picking up and taking away my mother’s birthday present was their only solution. I said a call to me letting me know you were out of all those flowers could have resulted in me choosing a different arrangement. I chose an elegant arrangement. They delivered a subpar childish looking bouquet. Horrible customer service. Horrible...

I recently ordered a wreath for my Uncle's passing to be delivered to the funeral home in Somerset. I had requested an approximately $100 wreath that one of my relatives could take home and keep in remembrance of my uncle. Upon arriving from Lexington to the funeral, I was appalled at what I saw. It was a green "cheap" wreath with a large hideous bow and that was it. Even a couple of my relatives were laughing about it. They could not believe that I had sent that on behalf of our family. I went to the other room and called the florist and spoke to the owner. She told me that was a typical $100 wreath on her floor, and that she had personally made it. She said that my relatives were more that welcome to come by and exchange it for any other $100 wreath on the floor. I will NEVER order anything from them again. I could have stopped at Walmart and got a prettier...

We always try to do our best for everyone ..... there are people who live a perfect life every day....I'm sorry I'm not one of those people....I make mistakes occasionally but I practice forgiveness in a world full of trouble...to those who give out hurtful and negative comments...try mercy sometimes and good words...God will bless that person and no wonder....that is...
