White Castle — Restaurant in Somerset

Has got to be longest I have ever spent in a drive through today. 45 minutes waiting in line with only 5 vehicles in front of me. It has been a year since I’ve eaten here, will be a year or two before I attempt it again.

Edit: gave them a second try. Ordered at the order menu in drive through. Was nice and responsive. She said pull around. I pulled to first window where I saw someone. Then after a minute she walked away. Never saying anything. 5 minutes later I pull to second window and was thinking I was at wrong window. No one acknowledged me at that window either. I only have a 30 min window to eat lunch. You guys might want to at least acknowledge the customer at the window and not leave them hanging. So I pulled off and went to...

Tasha was wonderful.. We had an issue with our mobile order and she went above and beyond to help get it fixed.. it wasn't our mistake or anyone at white Castle it was the computer system and the app didn't send our order to the store. we pulled up our order on our phone and showed it to her and that it had been paid and showed where we were charged. the store never got the order. She was able to fix this for us and we got our food and all is well.. her attitude was wonderful, and she was so helpful and kind. We've had problems at other places with their apps before and get told well, not our problem, so it was nice to see someone working hard to make sure that everything worked out. keep up the good...

Stopped in for dinner with family. First off inside the door I was greeted with a trashy look. Trash can was overflowing. Floors needed cleaned. Didn’t look like there ever mopped. The tables were all dirty. And the place was a pig stye. Restaurant needs a good cleaning. Looks to be under poor management. And low quality service and staff. We not eat here. We walked out. Lazy staff that all needs replaced. Or maybe asked to clean up this place. I will not eat in a restaurant that’s uncomfortable with trash and messy tables. Even the table top on one table was unsafe. And just setting there. At an angle ready to fall in the floor. Don’t go here for your next meal! Until the state health...
