Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Somerset

If your ordering door dash from this place and your food comes cold it's not your dasher fault it is the store. Was in there the other day and watched an dash order sit on the counter for 20 minutes getting cold. Want free food just ask a worker they will seek it out the back door. Called to tell a Manger about long wait times and they fact that employees where seeking food out, the back door, pointed out that a dash order sat on the counter so long with no dasher in sight and her response was to threaten me that she would have me thrown out ( i wasnt even there and she didnt even ask my name). Now with that being said I called to speak to the store manager Shannon and another manager answer the phone and advised she was the store manager8 and was just awful. Called corporate was suppose to receive a call back from franchises but that never happen. I would like to point out all this happen on a Friday September 1, around dinner time and they only had 1 customer in the building if they are wondering why . This is why. My family of 7 will not eat at the establishment to many chicken places in somerset to deal with that. I recommend you to go to KFC or Popeyes or even...

I go here frequently because I like their food; I tend to overlook their problems but I am reminded every time why I don’t eat at Zaxbys often. Staff is very unprofessional (adults included) For example, I went up to the register to get condiments and I waited for a good 3 minutes before I was tended on. There were multiple workers staring at me but no one cared to help me. I waved to get a worker’s attention and he looked at me then hid behind a wall. Not very friendly. Also my one of my chicken tender wasn’t cooked all the way once and the girl took it and showed the cook and he made a disgusted face. No apology. THEY ARE NOT A CLEAN RESTAURANT. One day I came for lunch and there was a centipede on the counter. That made me wonder what creatures are in the kitchen. I was repulsed. Most tables are left dirty.

PET PEEVE. whenever I order condiments in the drive thru. I often never get them. Even though I paid for them. Would like to enjoy my meal but it’s teens who run this place. Can’t remember the basics even though...

We went in the late afternoon when there was no crowd. Even though there was only one other customer, all the available tables were dirty. Some employees were on their cell phones, and didn't want to be bothered. There was a misunderstanding/misinterpretation of our order, and the employees were rude to my granddaughter when she tried to correct it. We got a side salad with somewhat slimy tomatoes and cucumbers in it, though the lettuce was good. We loved Zaxbys, and used to go there every time we were in town. The last two visits changed my opinion of Zaxbys dramatically. On the previous visit I ordered the black and blue salad. The salads used to be really good, but this lacked any visible blue cheese, and the rest of the salad tasted like it had been refrigerated for a week.
