Forget having your food order "Your way" at this Burger King, especially at the drive thru. You will be asked to repeat your order several times, only to find your order is wrong. This establishment has a reputation for it.
Yesterday, I ordered 2 chicken wraps, with grilled chicken. The person who took my order made me repeat it 5 times. When I got home and opened the bag, I discovered that I had paid for 2 wraps, but only received one. I also had crispy chicken, not grilled. Not an isolated incident. This has happened before.
There is a language problem at this Burger King. It's understandable that management wants to hire employees who are bilingual, but it's mind boggling how they can hire people that have a limited ability to speak and comprehend the English language, who serve English speaking customers. It's evident this language barrier is responsible for the incompetence customers are subjected to, when placing and receiving their orders.
Another problem is they often do not have a food item ready, and ask you to pull your car over into the parking lot to wait for it, where they will bring it to your car. This also happens frequently. I've had to wait 20 minutes or more. So much for fast food.
If you're looking for a late night bite, don't bother going here. They are supposed to be open until midnight, like all Burger Kings, but I've been there at 11:30pm at night and they would not wait on me at the drive thru and told me they were closed. They were only interested in cleaning up and trying to go home early. The customer is not a priority at this restaurant at all. They also removed the sticker from their drive thru window that tells you their hours of operation. Pretty slick.
This Burger King is horrible. So bad, I wouldn't give it a poor to fair rating if I didn't have to. I have gone to this Burger King in the past because of their convenient location. No more.

I ordered something to pick up at this store and my order came wrong. I paid for the cheddar cheeseburger with extra Swiss cheese. My cheddar cheeseburger didn't come with any cheese. The sauces I ordered with the chicken nuggets didn't come with it. The worst part of all is the service. The employees are completely indifferent. They won't serve you. They leave you waiting for ages at the drive-thru. The worst service ever. They're always in a bad mood and have a bad face. They don't serve you well and don't even say hello. They made my sandwich all wrong and there were things missing. They did it poorly. The Sprite tastes like bleach, it's really disgusting. This isn't the first time I've had this horrible experience at Burger King here in Somerville. Both at pick-up and delivery. This store doesn't follow BK's standards. This store has terrible employees who don't like to work. They don't treat customers well. They leave customers waiting. They make the wrong order and missing items, and they're rude. I demand it. I got my money back from this order. I paid for the cheddar and Swiss cheese sandwich, there was no cheese, the chicken nuggets sauces didn't come either, and the Sprite tasted like bleach. Everything is just horrible and terrible. I don't recommend this store to anyone. BK's quality and standards have dropped a lot. I recommend McDonald's, Five Guys, Wendy's, all of them except BK. Read moreI have only been to one Burger King in Boston and that's the one on Tremont Street by the Boston Commons park and I have to say their food is really good and it's a nice atmosphere and the people are nice in there I will go there whenever I can my friend and I did go there quite a bit! and if you want to do something nice for a homeless person in a park who doesn't have any meals I would recommend getting them a meal at Burger King or even McDonald's down the street it doesn't have to be an expensive meal but whenever I've been there I'll get extra burgers fries drinks things like that and go find some homeless people in the park and try to make their day! I have empathy and compassion for homeless people because I myself was homeless over 4 years that started in Indiana and kept going when I was invited to live in Boston until thank God through my case manager Patty at the Southampton shelter where I was at got me the place where I am now and I've been there over 2 years and I'm very thankful for it!
