Dunkin' — Restaurant in Somerville

Used to love Dunkin Donuts coffee and bagels. Now a days there is no consistancy any longer. Never go there any more. The whole point of a chain is that you know you can get same exact product you expect whenever you go to any store. McDonald's, Wendy's, KFC, etc... that's absolutely no longer the case at Dunkin Donuts. Dont know if they no longer train the people on a standard process, or they just dont care, but there's no consistancy at all any more. Even though I tell them exactly how I want it, it almost never comes out right. To much milk, not enough sugar, use cream instead even when I say milk. Etc... In old days always good, always same. If you dont like your job and choose not to care go get a better job. Same on bagels. I ask for extra toasted so its crunchy. Even say it to be clear. Still comes out like all the did was slightly warm it. Like its almost still dough. Got tired of sending back for more toasting. I mean how much more clear do you have to be? This doesnt happen if I go to a private bagel shop. Sorry Dunkin Donuts, but if you ever do eventually end up closing stores you know why. And not just me. The mobile orders in the morning do not get done in a timely manner..multiple times i have had to wait for it to be ready when i got there and than worse today i see the tickets just sitting there and they were not being made and the two ladys were just standing by the register talking to each other..i had to grab my mobile order receipt and bring it over to them at the register and ask them to make it after waiting for it for 5 min! The order was placed at 7:32 am and it was now 7:58 and i had to ask them to make it and than they make it and hand it to me and it was a medium..i paid...

So sad Bc this was my place favorite for coffe but since they change the personal in the morning I don’t like anymore the new guy in the morning he don’t even said good morning he looks like he is not happy there and he not give you what do you wants plus give you attiude sorry but im really not happy and I’m sure other people think the same ...plus the lines in the morning go really bad long I wish comeback the old team there Bc they was the best service but since this guy is there I don't want to go back anymore Thank...
