I ordered two large drinks the barista got them all wrong so I asked if they could please remake them . I said usually when they get them wrong they usually give you a certificate for 1 and the Barista got rude with me so I asked to speak to the manager I've never experienced anything that like that any years have gone to the Starbucks I don't understand I think the young Barista needed to have more respect for the customer especially when they got both drinks wrong this is the first time this has ever happened and they got the sizes wrong I was very polite but I did ask if I could please get what I ordered. Her rude attitude stood out because the staff at this location are usually very friendly, give recommendations, and have a positive attitude. This barista however was awful from the start. She didn't say hello, neither did she know where the matcha option was on the menu, letting me know with a shrug.
