5 stars to the business. -5 for one of their associates. I’ve been ordering from here since they opened. Food is amazing! And I don’t usually do this but... ONLY BAD REVIEW IS: the customer service I received from Krystal or however you spell it. She had the absolute worst attitude on the phone and in person when my roommate arrived to pick up the food. When I called to order I asked for separate checks which she refused to do and said to just tell her when we got there because it was obviously an inconvenience for her. Then when they arrived to pick up the food, it made it 10 times harder and she again had an attitude problem. The tall and young guy who was working with her had to diffuse the ever escalating pointless argument she was provoking and then he personally apologized for her unprofessionalism and said he would be happy to help them. If you don’t like to deal with people, you shouldn’t work in customer service. You are rude and need to be trained on how to speak to people as well as how to obtain an order from a customer. I’m so glad I was not the one who picked up the order because I do not tolerate disrespect. I’ve worked in management for many years and I know what it’s like but I was nothing but polite when I called and you don’t have patience, you shouldn’t work in a fast paced environment. Maybe you should try to find a cleaning position where you don’t have to socialize with people. Just a suggestion. Take it or leave it. I am the biggest fan of Peppe Steaks. I go almost weekly.

So when I found out that they also own The Burger Shop, I was extremely excited to try it out.

It's a cute little establishment, located 20 feet away, across the parking lot, directly across from Peppe's Steaks.

There is seating inside and outside.

The employees are very sweet and friendly.

The prices are very fair, considering the Greedflation that has plagued the restaurants of the world Post-Covid.

Their French fries and Waffle fries are fantastic! It is absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of flavor and crunch.

We got the Yeehaw, Uncle Sam, El Pollo Loco, and the California.

I found the El Pollo Loco to be a little underwhelming. The burgers were good, especially the California. You can taste the freshness and the quality of the burgers, but I think it was missing that "Wow" factor I was hoping for.

Hey Joe I hope you get a chance to read this. I’m a big fan of your place, always love the food, but today, 7/14, was the first time I was disappointed. The burger ended up being soggy and fell apart and the milkshake was more of just cold chocolate milk. It was 2 new people in there tonight, not sure if maybe they need some more training, or just some more pride in their work. But hopefully, next time it will be back to the usual wonderful experience.

Edit: Joe reached out to me and offered to make it right, and to me that really shows the care and dedication to his business, and I will absolutely keep coming back for more.
