It was definitely not their pleasure... Today, I had the worst experience I've had at any Chick-fil-A. I decided to order through the app. I ordered a meal plus used points to get an extra hash brown. I pulled up to the mobile order window and waited.................I spoke several times and nothing after 3 minutes, I decided to pull around and go through the drive-thru lane. I finally got checked in and pulled around, and they kept asking me my name. I was at the door to get my food and they finally found my order. I finally got my food, and my extra hash brown wasn't in the bag. So I mentioned it, and they acted as if I was trying to steal from them... the points got deducted from my rewards account. Why didn't I receive them? The reluctantly gave me the hash browns and wished me a good day. I know it is cold, but they were so rude about everything. Plus, I never got a receipt. I'm hoping for better luck if their is a next time, I guess. From 5 years ago...Drive Thru order! The new way they order here is amazing. I used to wait 10 minutes or more sometimes to order but now they have order takers and it flows so smooth. I really appreciate that you can pay cash at window or they can slide your card right when they are taking your order. As always, the food is delicious and fresh. Keep up the good work. Read moreFood and service was good, but a woman who is employed there named melissa was extremely rude. Firstly while I was ordering, the others with me went to go sit at a booth, I guess melissa was not done cleaning the table yet and rudely stated how she wasn’t finished. Second, my boyfriend had pulled up a chair to the booth since there was 5 of us which is not an uncommon thing to do and others in the place had done so as well, I noticed her by the table we took the chair from loudly talking to a lady saying something along the lines of how there is no chair there because people take them (emphasizing it). If there was an issue with moving the chair from tables we would’ve gladly put it back and moved to a different spot. Finally the part that upset me the most…she was cleaning a table near us and she went back to the small utility closet a foot away from the table (assuming to switch out a cleaning item) a family came in and sat down at said table, I watched her roll her eyes and mutter “jesus..” visibly annoyed customers had sat down at the table she wasn’t finished with, the other customers who sat down didn’t notice her but I sure did and so did my friends. Read moreMy daughter and I always go to this location, and usually always enjoy the food, and everyone is usually so kind. Tonight when we went there, everything was as usual, except when we got home and drank our strawberry shakes they tasted very sour like spoiled milk. We obviously didn't drink them and weren't upset about it because we both get accidents happen and have worked in the food industry. We did feel like we should call though just in case something was bad, so nobody else got one too. The man who answered the phone, was unfortunately very rude about the situation. He had an attitude and seemed very nonchalant about the situation. We had said that we had two strawberry shakes, and his response was "well they're made with the same milk and ice cream that all the other shakes are made with so" like yes we understood that, and it was the reason why we were calling cause the milk products in the shake tasted spoiled. We weren't wanting something else in exchange for the bad shakes, we werent asking for an apology, we were simply trying to let them know.
