I will go here about once a month. It's always been a bit poor on food, service and amounts. This time did it for me. Never will go back. They were out of ice, the food server keep bouncing back and forth not helping, and letting food just sit there so it was cold, then the amount of meat you get is a joke!! He picked it up with tongs, knocked most of the meat off, it wasn't hardly any I got, I questioned the amount of meat I got, like maybe a spoon worth. Then He showed me a cup that looked like you would stick ketchup in it for fries and said this is the amount of meat you get this small plastic cup that looks like a ounce, I even went on the website handbook and protein servings are supposed to be 4 ounces. Well I can tell you it wasn't 4 ounces. Maybe 2 ounces max at best. I asked for more he said he will have to charge me more, I said forget it. By the time I got the bowl it was like half full, not even to the ledge like other places, or higher usually, then got my drink at the machine had that had no ice, warm drink, the money you pay for this is high already, then terrible service, cold food, warm drinks, and hardly any ingredients. Really people!! I can't believe this place is open, I'll never go back! If you're the owner of this place or manager how pathetic. See my pic, no meat and was like soup, watery, cold and hardly any protein, Then there was a hard substance almost broke my tooth on, then the long thing was disgusting, that was hard also, almost like a corn stalk hard non chewable piece of something. Plus No substance amount of ingredients. For almost $15.00 I can go anywhere else and even a combo meal for that matter with a side and a drink. Read moreBeen to this location about 3 times with the most recent time being last night (1/17/22) about 6:30pm. Every time I've gone there have been multiple issues. So I'll just list them off. All three times I've gone they've been out of fajita peppers. All three times I've gone they've been out of the "specialty lemonades". The staff seems to work with no sense of urgency at all i.e. it took roughly 10-12 minutes for them to make our order which was two burrito bowls and a kids meal and there were about 10 people in line behind us and while I would not call them rude I definitely would not call them welcoming. Ordered a kids cheese quesadilla meal and the cheese was not even melted, had to have them remake it, and that was AFTER it took them 10+ minutes to make our order in the first place. Tried to order chips and salsa and was told I could not because their fryer was broken even though it appeared they had about 20 bags of chips on the shelf behind the cashier, when I questioned that I was told those chips were for DMLs, which are apparently their digital orders. No ice in the fountain machine the entire time we dined in and we were there for a little over an hour. My husband told me their was no toilet paper in the men's room. The general cleanliness of the tables and seats in the dining area was pretty poor. Went to throw our trash out on the way out and both trash cans were overflowing. Read moreApparently they hire people who cannot read! You place an online order and they still omit the items you requested! This location is ALWAYS out of fajita peppers and employees can't even be bothered to ask the people behind them to make more. The front line kept getting backed up because all of the people/employees doing online orders or catering (and were just standing around doing absolutely nothing but scrolling on their phones and talking with one another) and we had to wait for those staff to get the food before the walk-ins. Employees are not friendly, are very lazy and just stand around with a dirty restaurant with no initiative or pride to even clean the restaurant that they are paid to do on top of their other tasks... Apparently they think that it's their right to stand around and get paid to do nothing while scrolling through social media on their phones and talking with one another)!! My question is, where is the manager? Why isn't corporate getting involved with all these bad reviews of the same repetitive nature??? FIRE YOUR ENTIRE CREW (INCLUDING THE MANAGERS) AT THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE LAZY, RUDE, PUT ONLINE ORDERS FIRST, WON'T MAKE CHIPS FOR ANY ORDER NOT ONLINE (and when you ask them about the bags of chips directly in front of you behind the register, they will quickly and rudely tell you those are for online orders only!!
