Beware, this is a franchise location which means they follow their own rules and do not answer to corporate.
They utilize online ordering through the Sonic app, yet refuse to give customers what they specifically order just because it doesn't fall in line with their franchise guidelines.
I ordered my meal and ordered a sauce packet for my fries.
When the girl brought my order out I asked her if the sauce was in there. She replied, "yes, if it was on the order, it was on there"
It was not. I pushed the red assistance button and explained I was missing my sauce packet I ordered online.
She tells me they can't give it to me because I didn't pay for it.
How is it the customers problem that your app and franchises don't line up.
It seems common business practice to give the customers what they ordered. Find a way to bring it to the app developer or corporate (i am aware it is franchise here, again not the customers problem) and ask them to adjust this pricing issue.
Dave (or David) answered the phone when I called the location inquiring about whether this location was corporate or franchise. He would not tell me the owners name. Whatever, easily found in public records.
As I'm writing this my child is asking for the sauce I ordered and I do not have it because of this Sonics franchise nonsense.
