So i called on 8/18/2020 at about 9:40pm to place a delivery order for 2 XL pizzas and 1 order of garlic parm breadsticks, ( almost a $50 ORDER )the team member that answered the phone seemed to know very little about the menu, prices, specials, and lacked basic communication skills, i was on the phone for about 20 mins with this person who i believe said his name was Deshawn, and 3 times if not more i had to repeat every detail in an explicit breakdown of step by step directions of what i wanted in my order and repeatedly when he read it back the order was wrong... So after finally giving in, i figured ill just get whatever they send. As we started the final process of giving my address he asked if i would be paying cash or credit, i said cash and he hung up on me, i tried to call back immediately, thinking maybe my phone had dropped the call..?.. But my calls were met with the phone being picked up and immediately hung up .. 4 times in a row, at this same time my wife was leaving walmart so i asked her to stop in and ask what was going on? She was met by a super rude driver who was very nasty when he spoke to her and as she explained what had happened he gave her a dirty look and said .. Ok...and... And walked into papa johns quickly locking the door behind himself and then the lights were shut off ..... Papa johns has lost us as customers and should be ashamed of this experience we had considering i worked there about 10 years ago and we ran that store and treated our customers to a much higher standard than this. Read moreOn August 30th around 10:30 pm, I went in to pick up my order. I had used my dough bucks and my order came out to $5.34. When I went in, I asked for plates, parmesean cheese, and red pepper. After being rang up, a blonde lady in braids said my total was $8.34. I didn't think too much of it at the time. I paid with my debit card and when I wasn't prompted for a tip, it seemed unusual because I always did previously. Then when I got to my car, I looked at my phone and realized the order should have rang up to $5.34 so I went back into the store and told the lady that I was charged incorrectly. She said it was because each packet of pepper and parmesean cheese is .30 cents. I told her I normally get those for free. She asked if I get them for free when the gm is around because they're really supposed to charge for those things. It didn't seem true to me, but it was late and I just wanted to get home. But the more that I think about it, it seems like I just got hustled 3 dollars and she tipped herself that extra money. That might be why I also didnt get a receipt. I hope a GM sees this and investigates how often this lady is doing it. There was a witness there too. It was another papa John's employee who had glasses and braids himself.

I get forwarded to a looping message about someone will be with me shortly. While still on the phone, I drive to the place. The guy at the counter says its already on its way, which I replied that its been on the way for 30 min according to the tracker. He also said that he changed the wait time this morning to 60-90 minutes. He also said that the phones have not rang and I showed him that I was still on hold on my phone.
