I have been coming to this Starbucks every weekday for the last three or four weeks to get work done, and conduct some interviews for my company while my office is under construction. The employees and management team have been nothing short of welcoming, and understanding throughout the entire process.
While I've been there I've observed the interactions between them and their customers. The attention to details is amazing. They know all of their customers by name, so much so that if they pull up to the drive thru I've heard them greet the customers by name and ask if they will be getting their usual. It's amazing and inspiring to see that this team has gone above and beyond to get to know their customers, learn their names, their orders, and build genuine relationships with them. I've been here for weeks now and let me tell you there are A LOT of 'regulars' that walk through those doors and go through that drive-thru every day.
If I could give THIS location 10 stars I would.
Starting next week I'll have my office, and I will miss these incredible people.

Read moreI’m not sure what the deal is with this location. I ordered a drink and had to wait 25 minutes before I had to leave. The employees are nice, but seem to favor other customers. I literally sat and watched numerous customers be served their drinks before me although they arrived after me. Not sure how that happens, but I started to figure out these were college kids and the barista favored them over others. After I kindly asked the barista if my drink was made, she rudely replied, “Ugh yeah, it’s coming, then continued to make a snarky remark about my patience.” After that, a guy had come in and was obviously a friend of the barista. She immediately made his drink while several others were patiently waiting. One younger, college couple arrived 15 minutes after me, ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 lattes and somehow received their full order before me. Case and point... You’re Starbucks and people expect the best from you. I’m not sure who the managing partner is but this location has some serious issues with customer service. Normally I have a great experience and I spend a lot of money being that I’m there every single day the employees that were once there were great and knew my order and conversed with me and made sure my drinks were made with flat lids. The new morning crew specifically the black lady are very rude. I ask for them to please switch my lids (youd think she’d make my drinks right since I’m there daily) and she’s always rude and reply’s IT IS. I come to this location because it’s open before the martins next door but now I will take my business there to not have to deal with these rude employees. If you don’t like making your customers requests find another job. We customers didn’t ask for you to apply at Starbucks where customer service is key!!!
