Hi Way Bar — Restaurant in South Bradenton

I've driven by this place 100 times and finally decided to stop in. What a great little bar! I'm a transplant from MD (5 years now), and find this place is like my old biker bar which I terribly miss. The people there were very nice and the bartender was very attentive. He was great.. I was only in there for a quick lunch. I ordered a double cheese burger and it was delicious! It was nice and juicy just the way I like it.

I went to pay the bill and found out they don't accept credit cards. Fortunately they have an ATM on site so you can withdraw cash. The only thing I didn't like it was very smokey in there since you are allowed to smoke inside. I would have given this little place 5 stars of it wasn't so full of cigarette smoke.

I will be back! I may sit outside next time though! Tonight I believe they are having a Halloween party so I will likely be back to...

I really like the owner of this place, I mean, I really like this place. Alright, I had it right the first time....and the second time. Saturday BBQ is really good, Drinks are good, and honestly I'm not a Harley Davidson person,. I would say I'm not even a bike person, but I've always had a sport bike my whole life, but its not about whether you own a motorcycle like the other reviewers pictures make it seem like it is here. The people here are real, so as long as your the same, you fit in no matter what; even if you have no ride at all. Your even welcome on a bicycle here. This bar is the way all of Bradenton used to be 20/30 years ago that attracted all the people...

This place is disgusting and the blonde younger bartender was rude as hell, she told my wife that she would not serve us because when my wife worked there ten years ago she didn't show up for work. Super petty, my wife's ex husband was in the bar and although there was no conflict with him whatsoever she still insisted that the reason she wouldn't serve us was that my wife didnt show up for work 10 years ago. I don't know why anyone would want to spend their money in an establishment that employs such rude and condescending bartenders, I went to another establishment in town and spent about 400.00 this place needs to fire her, she's bad...
