I am giving this a 1 but it should be a zero. Must return anything and everything even merchandise that is missing parts in 7 days or don't expect to get anything back!!!!!!!! I went in with the double stand drying rack. It was made out of cheap plastic and wasn't stable as it was an "S" shape and was missing parts. I brought it in and the man at the counter had to call into the woman in the office for her to do the return. I told him there were parts missing. They then counted how many days since I purchased the item including the day of purchase. It was 8 days and they didn't want to give me anything except the bad item back. They say you get what you pay for so if that is the case everything in that store is cheaply made. I will never go back and I didn't even bother to take back the drying rack with missing parts. This little store is awesome. I just left today with my niece. There is so much cute stationery, pens, pencils, erasers etc. Also, there are a lot of Hello Kitty, Cinnamon Roll etc products.
