Salem's Fresh Eats — Restaurant in South Bradenton

We went to this Salem’s restaurant at 3AM just before closing on 03/09/25. I would not recommend doing this. There were a lot of online orders. It took about 15 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in there. I ordered my burger plain, and it came with everything on it. I asked them to remake a burger plain with only cheese and it came back with mayonnaise on it. I reluctantly asked for them to remake it plain and they gave me back the same burger! I lifted the bun and it was revealed that they wiped some mayonnaise off of it. But there was still mayonnaise on my burger. So for the last time I had my sandwich remade and at this point, I was scared to even eat it. The staff in the back seem to be celebrating a birthday and very angry to make a plain burger. The other food was mediocre but, there is a very wide variety of food something for everyone. They also have ice cream, which was cool. The milkshakes were interesting not exactly smooth and had some crunchy bits in it. It was unfortunate that all the food was cold and that I could not eat my burger in the end. There was a man inside who spilled his soda all over the table in floor. The cashier was very nice and apologetic. Steer clear! I would not go back to this establishment. We accidentally stayed around 30 minutes after closing. Also, a warning the door is very heavy and you may hurt yourself going in or out. Definitely choose...

I went back and forth on making this review food is always awesome after working 10 hours yesterday we decided that we would just go through the drive-thru and order our dinner ordered the Philly sandwich with only onions and peppers when we went to pull out of the drive-thru I noticed there was lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich so I went in and I let them know the manager was very nice she's like okay let me get it fixed but the woman in the back who was making the food was very rude she said what was supposed to be on this and I said I just want it with no lettuce and tomatoes she said that's not what I asked but literally that is what you asked she was very snide and rude right in front of her manager and the manager looked at me and said I'm very sorry she's just having a difficult day I get that but that's not how you speak to someone who's paying money there and the manager said he just rang it up wrong it said no onions and no peppers but when I got the sandwich the peppers and onions we're on there too so if she was going off their screen she got it wrong the first time also if I didn't want peppers and onions but again the food is always awesome there but from now on I will just have my food delivered to the house because that is just unacceptable to treat a...

I am new to Florida and this was my 1st experience with the restautant, food and overall essence. I was drawn to their late night availability and variety on a mid week 1am hunger pang. To get straight to the point with my decision of rating was the customer service. From previous more regular customers it seemed maybe it was an off day for the red head caucasian woman working the drive through. I did not catch her name or i would have left out such details on how she looked. If we weren't paying attention to our receipt we wouldn't have caught that no item listed on it was what we order. Also causing an over charge. No apology was given for the mix up, honestly from the ease of her nonchalantness and very snippy comments it wouldn't be a surprise that she has treated customers this way before. However, my experience initially the owner gotten involved to offer the refund and corrected her mistake in a decent manner. From the other employess this lady gets away with things like this on a regular. Lady you had one job...to provide great customer service. I am still hopeful to experience a wonderful NEXT experience as i have heard from other customers...
