The Dunkin on 4072 us 1 south I ordered from. It was a bad experience right off the bat. I was rushed to do my order and the communication between me and the women on the speaker was close to none.
I repeated my order multiple times and she still didn't understand me and couldn't get my order right.
I didn't want a regular hot cappuccino so when she asked me if I wanted a cappuccino I said no, ICED hazelnut cappuccino sugar free and than she changed it to frozen coffee.
When I drove up to the window she was yelling at me, asking me questions & interigating me. After, continuously yelling in the background to her co-workers about what she thought had happened.
After they "fixed" my order they still got it wrong. No hazelnut. Extra. I heard her yelling about me. Regardless, I showed no signs of hostility. I didn't want to deal with the anger. I've had a long week.
When I finally bit into my wrap there was so much cartilage, I was utterly grossed out and disgusted that I threw it out.
I looked at my wrong coffee order there was so little coffee it was shocking. The rest was cream. I took a sip and threw that out too. It was nasty.
I'm so aggravated. This is not how I wanted to start my Friday morning. All I wanted was a hazelnut iced cappuccino and a chorizo wrap. Even when I was deciding what to order I could hear the anger coming from the women. She said "Hello!? R u there!?!?" She rushed me. She couldn't even wait 30 seconds for me to say what I wanted. And when I said the order she said "AND....AND!?!?" "NOW DRIVE UP." no please, no nothing. The worst customer service. Makes me not want to go back there!!!! Thanks for nothing Dunkin. A waste...
Read moreOrdered a small Dunkin Midnight coffee. Directly in front of me, one of the people on the other side of the counter filled a small cup from a large stainless steel container with the label "original brew." The person then sidestepped two paces, stood there for a moment, then walked to the area of the counter where orders ready for pick up are placed, looked at me and announced "small Dunkin Dark." I responded that I saw this person fill the cup from the container marked "original brew." The person replied, No. I filled it from from over here," with a gesture of the hand waving to where they sidestepped and stood for a moment, after filling the cup from the container labeled "original brew." This was blatantly untrue, and a wholly unnecessary untruth. Still, I suspended my disbelief. Outside of the Dunkin Donuts, I tasted the coffee. It wasn't what I ordered. I returned the small coffee and asked for my money back, and with another personal behind the counter again insisting what I was given was Dunkin Dark, ultimately a refund was handed over to me. This isn't a massive deal, other than that in food service there ought not to be either outright untruths about whats being served, nor intentionally giving a patron something other than what they...
Read moreTHIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS. I went there to get vanilla chai in the drive thru and this little 10 year old made the worst chai, didn’t have any flavor just hot water and little bit of hot milk with foam. I parked my car with my husband and went inside to get another one and it was worse, I realized later that it’s the milk that’s rotten and has gone bad, it smelled really bad. This is not the first time it’s happening. I was in a rush and they attempted to make coffee twice for me but it was horrible and I threw it out in front of them in the store but they didn’t care, they just let me throw it and leave the shop. Anyways if you guys want to get a bad stomach go there cause they use rotten milk. I wish I saw this girls name but she was working Tuesday around 6:30pm and she didn’t know how to make or do anything and not only that she had some attitude...
