This place is nothing short of amazing!! The custard is always delicious, delightful and soooo good!! The general manager, Trish and her assistant GM, Sarah has built an incredible crew that are always smiling, pleasant and respectful! I visit almost every morning and sometimes at night, and they complete mine and my family’s day! Like for instance, I have a little one that’s 2 years old and of course I was going to share my treat with her and to our surprise, they gave my baby a sample cone with a couple of sprinkles on it to have. It was a very sweet gesture. We all know that kids get messy, so one of the managers offered the restroom for us to clean the kiddos after their treat. It was the situational awareness that was exceptional! Definitely an upgrade from prior management! As I’m reading these other comments that give them low stars and or talk bad about this place or the people that work here, I can tell that some are, miserable and unhappy people, and just bc your day is bad, don’t go around trying to mess up anyone else's! This place deserves...
Read moreNew business in my area obviously I’m loading up the kids and husband to go check it out. We finished dinner one night and took the short drive over to simpsonville on opening night. I was a little saddened by the lack of seating. It’s not as kid friendly as it could be for families with smaller children but I digress. We got our order and just pulled over to eat in the car.
I guess I always have to be the difficult one, I ordered whatever the brownie one is that they have with the pecans but without the cherry on top. They first tried to over charge us by adding two of my order and then put the cherry on it and offered to just take it off.
Needless to say I had to get it remade and the new one came without the pecans so we spent another few minutes getting that corrected. Unfortunately our concretes were pretty melty when we got them. But the flavor wasn’t lacking. After some of the newness wears off we will be back to give them...
Read moreFirst time visiting an Andy's Frozen Custard. The Simpsonville SC location is doing well since opening last week.
Went to the drive thru at 6pm thankfully no one was there except for 1 to 2 cars ahead of me. The employee took my order from a tablet which was smooth and then I paid at the checkout window. Ordered small BootDaddy Concrete and large Strawberry and Oreo Concrete for the wife.
The flavors are on point will definitely visit again. As far as the other Google reviews of 1 stars here leave written feedback that is a gift for a business to improve upon especially brand new to the community.
My only feedback would be for a simpler Andy's rewards program had to verbally share my long membership number at the exit window to get the free small concrete.
Make it a scannable QR code would probably be easier or have it attached by phone number if possible. Also I didn't get a physical or digital receipt of my purchase...
