Why is it that a well know restaurant, namely Bojangles, refuse to give customers a charge card receipt with the card number on it? So, I know that when the card is swiped, inserted, or tapped a merchant copy is produced by this action for the merchant's records. How hard is it to just reprint the receipt for the customer if the customer desires a copy of the card transaction! The receipt shows the merchant made an honest transaction! I should be able to walk or drive away with proof of purchase!! This is a business tactic that is worth looking into!!!!
7/6/24 Thank you for responding, but this is a problem that is prevalent at all the Bojangles I visit! I have gotten a print out of the order with no card number on it taped to the bag. I've asked for a copy of the card receipt, but was told "we don't print receipts"! 😲 I've even been offered to have a receipt emailed to me!!! WHY!! I'm right there at the window or counter, in person, to get a card receipt!!!! And, I don't give my email to strangers!!! Is it because employees don't want me to see the charge amount I've been told!!?? I use receipts to show a record of purchase!
I appreciate your offer to help, but this is something that needs further...
Read moreI went to this Bojangles today, I was in a long line that started at 10:45. There was 9 cars informer of the drive thru, at 11:28 I finally made it up to where I can order. I place my orders and asked could I get the 4 orders in different bags. The guy replied, yes, I went to the first window, the person confirmed my order. 11:42, I made to the line to get my food, as I watch I seen about 7 people in there moving around and 1 person talking to true person who make the biscuits. 11:57, the person handed my my or in 2 bags, the biscuits was broken on 3 of the orders, missed 2 orders. I informed the person that about the biscuits and the missed orders. He replaced the missing orders and broken hard biscuits. I really enjoy eating my Bo rounds as I mike my way home. They were gross, not cooked all the way and almost cold. I thought that since I was in the line so long, I thought I would get everything fresh, but that didn’t happened at all. They didn’t even take the time to wrap the biscuits correctly. I really tried to give them another chance. In the past they gave me the most driest chicken I’ve ever had.
I don’t think I will be going to that one any more, Main Street, Simpsonville or...
Read moreI visited this location 4 months ago, approximately April 9, 2021. I was given items wrapped in apparently what is considered a non microwavable/flammable wrapper. I did not eat the biscuit during the morning after purchase but proceeded to reheat it later. I placed the biscuit in original wrapping (seemingly a waxed material-plain white, no logo) in microwave in the wrapper from which it was given. I set the timer for 20 seconds and began to walk away. As I stepped away, I noticed flames inside of the microwave. The wrapper, bag- all was Ablaze. I don't feel that I made a bad choice but rather was given an unsafe material for microwaving-there was no warning label marked as unsafe. I called corporate in Charlotte to express my concern. It's now been four months. No corporate response, no local response. My appliance is damaged! Other than timing, I've had no problems with service. I've kept all remaining contents for processing.
