My family and I had an unsatisfactory visit to the Chick-fil-A located on Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville, SC on the evening of Saturday, March 5th, 2025. Upon entering the establishment, we immediately noticed that the door opener to the front entrance was broken, causing the glass door to repeatedly slam against the brick walls. As we made our way to the dining area, we found that many of the tables were dirty, requiring us to carefully select a suitable place to sit. Additionally, the condiment station was not well-maintained, with napkins, mayonnaise, and sauces practically empty. Following our meal, we placed an order for ice cream cones at 8:03pm, only to receive them a full 25 minutes later at 8:28pm. Throughout the restaurant, we noticed overflowing trash cans, as well as trash on the floor in the area where employees were filling orders. As regular customers of Chick-fil-A, we have always valued the consistent quality of the food, exceptional customer service, and the values that the company represents. It was disheartening to encounter such issues at this particular location. As a business owner, I believe it is essential for the franchise operator to be present daily to address issues and ensure effective management. We are hopeful for a more positive experience on our next visit and eagerly anticipate witnessing these improvements. Thank you for addressing our concerns. Find...
Read moreI walked into this Chick-fil-A expecting a simple chicken sandwich, but what I got was a life-changing spiritual awakening. As soon as I stepped inside, I was met with a familiar and comforting smell that takes me back to memories of my youth.
I ordered my usual: a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a lemonade so pure it must have been squeezed by the hands of celestial beings. The moment I took my first bite, time slowed down. Birds outside started singing in harmony, my stress melted away, and I suddenly understood all the mysteries of the universe. A single tear rolled down my cheek.
Then, just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, an employee sprinted across the restaurant to pick up the napkin I barely dropped, handed it back to me with a smile, and said, “My pleasure.” I swear, if I had tripped, they probably would’ve caught me midair and tucked me in like a newborn baby.
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. If I could live here, I’d move in tomorrow. Chick-fil-A isn’t just fast food—it’s an experience, a...
Read moreI love Chick fil a and I am giving 3 stars because the food is still good. But the location and drive thru have me staying far away from Chick fil a. I have been in the drive thru 3 times since it opened. I have never been through the line in less than 25 minutes. Today the mobile line moved way faster than the drive thru. They gave 3-5 mobile orders before they gave 1 in the drive thru line. That is a huge problem when the drive thru line has double the cars and we have been sitting there for 25 minutes.
Getting into the location, I was almost hit by 3 cars. I was going in from the left and cars were exiting 3 ways as I was coming. Then as I left, I turned left to get out and I had to wait for minutes to turn left. This location needs to do something about the entrance onto Harrison Bridge because of the amount of cars on Harrison Bridge. It needs to do something about the drive thru situation. I never had to wait this long in the Fairview location and I went...
