Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

This staff at location just seems so undertrained, and unprofessional. To be quite honest, except for the occasional exception, most of the people who operate the drive through are down right rude, and don’t seek to care that they are. I stop there most often in the morning to grab breakfast on my way to work. I’d consistently order the eggnormous burrito, until about a year ago when they suddenly stopped carrying it, at least according to them, because it never left their menu. Then suddenly a few months later it was back. Suddenly on a recent stop I was told that I had to select what type of meat I wanted. I told them I was under the impression that it was a prebuilt item (which it is), I was told it was not, it was either sausage, bacon or ham. So I selected bacon. When I got the burrito there was no sause on it, and no hash browns. And somehow the bacon was all outside the burrito, despite the burrito being tightly wrapped, it’s as if whoever was making it forgot to put the bacon on it, so they just threw it in the paper wrap before wrapping it up. I also ordered a large hash brown with the meal, but only received a small, an issue which happens more often then not at this location. This place is extremely close to my work, so it’s an easy stop, but the staff there seem to have no clue how to make the food, and despite often repeating myself several times, there is almost always some kind of mistake with my order, and they are generally rude. Very often I have to wait to place my order at the drive through despite there not being a single guest at the restaurant. At one point I was asked to wait, and sat there for several minutes, before finally being able to place my order. This restaurant is a mess, and really should be shut down. I don’t know who’s running it, but they are not training there staff, they don’t know how to make many of the menu items, and judging by the amount of times I have received the wrong size fries in my order, or food has tasted obviously reheated, or just been cold, they are obviously cutting corners to save money, or just out of laziness. It truly does shock me that this place is able to keep...

Went through the drive-through orders of mix and match to for 6 gotta grill chicken sandwich add cheese add onions and then I got a whopper add cheese and then I got fish sandwich combo where medium onion rings in a medium sweet tea Drive up paid the lady she pulled me forward because the fish sandwich took a little bit I said OK no problem then she brings me my food out to me pretty reasonable time and look in the bag to get my sandwich I unwrapped it and there's no cheese on my Burger or my chicken sandwich so I had to go back and side which I did not feel good is very sick mother wanted a good sandwich I know Burger King makes really good whoppers but the lettuce must horrible on the sandwich there was no cheese like I said had a wait for them to remake it the lady asked me if I wanted her to just put cheese on the sandwiches I brought back in thats contamination I told her no I'd wanted hot food she made it right hand me the bag thank you sorry about that and out the door I have to say every time I come through your drive-through My order is always mess stop need better training...

Second review.. OK, had to lower it to one star. Closed at 10:28 in the morning since they're changing for lunch. A minute later 'you can't wait in the drive through'. No telling how long you'd have to wait for them to serve food again.

Taco Bell it is from now on, even though it's 5 miles away and busy it's a reliably better bet.

First.. Usually the food here is pretty good, but like most fast food places the staff turns over on a regular basis so it's somewhat spotty. Clearly someone has gotten the idea that recooking food makes it good enough, the chicken nuggets I got were very old and obviously freshly recooked, so I got rock hard dark cinders fast instead of someone actually cooking new ones due to being way past time. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they were 2 or 3 hours old and recooked more like 3 or 4 times, just once doesn't make them really burnt like what I received.
