To begin, I was hesitant to try this place because the other reviews seemed to good to be true and can I just say I am so glad we went anyways!!! There was a group of 6 of us staying in North Myrtle so our plan was to go wherever within a short drive that had a great brunch and would do reservations for a group, and this checked all of our boxes. As we pulled up our first thought was this isn't giving beach but it's giving a vibe for sure!!! Entering the back door to a cape cod style house, John (the host with the most/ mimosa making king) greets us and quickly took us to our table that literally continued the vibe of a house like dinner table. Though it was quaint in this house and there isn't a lot of seating inside our group fit more then comfortably. I'm not even sure I should draw this out any longer but just know we ended up coming back to this place each morning after (3 mornings total). I absolutely love the French toast and fried chicken (I had it twice and so did a friend) but the rest of our food all different plates where impeccable! I'm dead sure Eri the woman cooking is an angel because only an angel could prepare a meal like that! By the way Eri was the only cook I seen in the back nailing every plate that was freshly delivered to each guest. Throughout our 3 visits we noticed people would come in and be shocked at a wait time. I was shocked that they were shocked, did your parents not cook while you were starving and waiting for dinner or breakfast to be ready and did you wish it was faster? Yea but when you took a bite it was slamming wasnt it?! Thats typically how that works, but ill digress. Good FRESH food takes time to prepare and if you can respect that then this is your spot! While you wait may i recommend their beverages!? The average time from ordering to getting my groups plate was about 30 mins. Our food all came out at the same time and was fresh, not under a heat lamp or sitting in the window waiting on our other parties plates to wrap up. Just incredible, Eri is literally an angel and with her sidekick John they are going to make it one of the best experiences you will have at a restaurant! - we will...
Read moreMy wife and I went here for Valentines Day brunch. It was our first time here and WOW......we found a hidden gem.
First, when we entered, we were immediately greeted by a member of the staff. Nothing fancy or pretentious, but a genuine 'Hi, how are you doing today', a pause for a response, then a reply back from the staff member like "It is a beautiful day.', then came the 'How many?' question. It was a personal, joyful and genuine touch that set the tone for the experience.
Second, the place is CLEAN. I mean really clean. Even the bathroom is clean.
Third, the menu is the correct length and detail, helps keep you from getting lost in the world of endless choices.
Four, Beverages, coffee...excellent, Mimosas are delicious, glass of water - bottomless never have to ask for a refill.
Fifth: The Food...absolutely wonderful. My wife and I both had a Monte Cristo. Bursting with flavor. Attention to detail and sourcing of ingredients of evident. BTW, try the Key Lime pie.
Sixth: Service, absolutely genuine, detail oriented and skilled; (e.g. Take a lady’s order first, and serve lady’s first). Furthermore, the servers would come by and check up on us with a smile and warm inquiry if we needed anything else.
I could go on and on. Do I recommend: YES
To the Wait Staff: Thank you for making our brunch a memorable one with a personal touch. We rarely go out to a brunch...this one we will remember.
To the lady in the kitchen: Thank you for the enjoyable and delicious meal.

Read moreI really wish I could give more of a well-rounded review based on experience but I can’t. The reason why is because they would not seat us in their restaurant and would not offer us a wait time either. And I know what some would think, it was us, but I promise you it wasn’t. We were a small group who traveled to N Myrtle Beach for a girls weekend, celebrating a 50th birthday. We enjoyed local restaurants and had a great time including Tidewater Grill, Sunny Side up and Clark’s. I choose these restaurants based on their reviews and was just excited to try Fresh Brunch.
However, when we approached the door from the outside after parking, we noticed that one of the workers somewhat blocked the door as to keep us from walking in. We thought it strange but proceeded in anyway. Only for the same worker to then ask, without even a good morning, “do you have a reservation”, we stated no. She then said “well we can’t seat y’all”… She tried to say they had a reservation for another large party that wasn’t there yet and we have no clue what time they were supposed to be there and did not offer us the opportunity to wait.
Although we can’t prove what the “real” no was about what we can tell you is this - it wasn’t about our green money, not our joyful dispositions and personalities that had not been a problem anywhere else, not our casual yet appropriate dress… it was simply just that we were not...
