Cheesy Street Pizza Company — Restaurant in South Carolina

Sorry to the guy who didn't check the address twice,

At 8:15pm I ordered delivery online for me and my wife, knowing they close in less than 2 hours. It was a Friday night and given the first ever NFL game on a Friday night I decided to have a glass of whiskey and enjoy. This local restaurant is right around the corner so I decided to give them a try for the first time.

When you order delivery through the website you enter the address and receive an emailed receipt, which for my order was entirely correct. Address, about 45 minutes order for 8 wings and brisket Mac and cheese, all details correct. I was smiling and enjoying the game.

Promptly 45 minutes later, I receive a notification from Doordash that my order was nearby and to reach out to this Florida number. I was A little confused as to why doordash was delivering my order, but didn't really think anything of it, so I called the Florida number to make sure they could find the house easily in the dark with no street lights. The person was Hispanic and did not speak English so immediately hung up after explaining that he did not speak English, he did say he was the driver for doordash, just not that he could talk to me.

At this point, I decide to check a doordash link from support to view order details, again confused why doordash delivered it in the first place. Turns out they had the wrong delivery address and since he did not speak English there was nothing they could do or correct it.

So I ended up finally calling the restaurant about an hour and 20 minutes later. They closed in 30 minutes so I knew they might not answer. I called twice and finally left a voicemail detailing the situation. About 20 minutes before close I decided to call again just in case, as soon as I said I had an online order for delivery the gentleman who answered the phone said roughly 'hey you're the one with 8 wings and brisket Mac and cheese right? Well we usually have drivers, but none came in today so I thought we could use Doordash to deliver food. Turns out I entered your address wrong'

Long story short, we came to the simple agreement that I shouldn't pay for something I didn't receive and he refunded my order. The food never came, Doordash sent me a text from an auto gen number saying the food was delivered and thanked me for my purchase.

If you take anything away from this wild experience, just give this place a call before you order (especially online) because they may not have anyone to deliver their food, even though they will...

Went here last week they greeted us as soon as we walked in. We became kind of bone for a minute because this is our first time coming and we thought we could sit inside and eat and we told them that and we were about to go but they told us we can just sit right there in a little spot that hooked us up plates and napkins and they even checked up on us. We ordered the baked potato, a cheese burger, and a regular pizza. So we had three different kind of pizzas and we did not leave with much leftovers. This is my new favorite pizza spot. I want to live on cheesy Street. 😂 I took a picture of the cheese and the cheeseburger pizza but by the time I thought about taking a picture of the baked potato pizza it was already gone. Delicious Cheese Pizza and Outstanding Service at Cheese Street!

I recently visited Cheese Street, and I was thoroughly impressed by their cheese pizza. The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was rich and gooey, and the flavors were absolutely spot-on. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take great care in preparing their food.

What made my visit even better was the exceptional service. Brandon, the owner, personally made sure we were well taken care of, and his warm hospitality truly stood out. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are top-notch, but Cheese Street hits the mark on both.
