Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

My shoes stuck to the floor throughout the restaurant as I walked in. I was greeted by an employee who walked away to talk on t her headset out of sight. She came back and entered my order as a refund. She had to call someone over to correct this and re entered my order. I said I would dine in the restaurant and very specifically stipulated no lettuce on any of the 4 items I ordered. I was told my order was ready and was handed a to go bag. I requested a tray. Upon sitting I discovered every item had lettuce. I returned to the counter where an employee appeared to be purchasing something ahead of a large number of customers while the employee was standing behind the counter. 2 of my 4 items were remaid and handed to me, when I asked about the rest of the order, a third item was made and given to me, I asked about the. 4th item and the employee didn't know what it was despite having my receipt. I recieved the 4th item and headed back to my seat. Upon checking I found 2 of the items had no vegetables at all despite having paid extra for it to come with tomatoes and pico de gallo. I returned to have the items made for a third time and the order was made wrong again!! Taco Bell should be embarrassed by the inattention to detail, by the cashier and the people preparing the food, also the abhorrent display of customer service and conflict resolution. Corporate really needs to take a look into this location. A little over week ago I came through the drive-thru only to be told that they were out of ground beef. Then about four nights ago I came through only to be told that their system had already been shut down and that they were no longer taking any orders but they did not close for another hour or so. I went back the next night and they were open however my tacos had about 1 tablespoon of ground beef about four pieces of lettuce and a Sprinkle of cheese it didn't even take up half the taco shell and the shells were hard as a rock they were stale. Now tonight I go by there at 11:20 and they do not close until midnight only to be told that they are closed because the other guy leaves at 11 and that only leaves one employee and he can't do everything so he has to close early. This used to be the best location and I live in Travelers Rest so I drive just to this location because normally they are a lot better than any of the other ones but unfortunately due to whatever reasons this one has gone downhill so terribly that I probably will not come back for a very long time. The male employee that came to the window tonight was at least nice. He said everyone has been cursing at him and flipping out on him. But there was nothing he could do. Was good until i got my change and she tried giving me what looked like a fake $5 back in with my change. I asked for another $5 or $1s would be fine was told she couldn't open register. So i asked for manager. She then came to window and proceeded to tell me she couldn't open registers. Umm yes u can i was in retail and fast food for 25 years. A manager can do this. She told me the only way she could get it was to open safe. Really what kinda of manager are u to put ur store and ppl at risk by telling a customer they have to wait for safe to open ?
