Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went into this subway to use a buy 3 coupon so i had lunch for the week. Well we'll start off by saying i like my subs toasted like crispy toasted. Well this toaster they have at this location doesn't work. Dont waste your time had them toast a sub 3 seperate times at hotter temps and it kept coming out lookin like a soggy piece of bread. Well take that terrible oven and try to toast 3 subs at the same time!!! Wait what?!?! Why would they toast them all together if it doesnt toast right with one?? Oh well move past that get my sandwich home and eat a half it was ok not the best but seemed to be alot of cheese. Well sure enough looked in the other sandwiches and there was enough cheese to support a small family for an entire year!! It was basically a plain cheese sandwich!! Disgusting i love subway but this has made me re evaluate. They need a new toaster and more training on portions. Wont be going back to this location. Which is a shame the store looks brand new. I've been going to the subway on west blue ridge for ove 2 years now... Never had a problem with any employees! Until today!! I called in my order about 45 minutes before I got there, the manager was the one that took my order and she had an attitude over the phone! NO ONE TOOK MY NAME FOR THE ORDER... I was willing to let that go because that was the first bad experience I've ever had with them! I get there and I went through the drive-thru... Since no one took my name for the order I told them I had the call in order for and proceed to tell them what I had so I didn't get confused with another call in order... While telling them what I had I was interrupted and told to pull to the window. After this I go in to talk to the manager about my experience with the phone call and about how rude it is to interrupt someone when they are talking SHE INTERRUPTS ME!! She showed NO CONCERN about my experience whatsoever! They get a new crew every 6 months so I won't go back...

Stopped in to grab a quick,light lunch. Asked about a protein bowl and the employee had no clue what to say. After telling her that when I ordered at another Subway they told me to pick out the sub that I would like turned into the bowl. Now I was told any foot long sub could be a protein bowl because the were the same minus the bread. I ordered the All American, ham,turkey,bacon and 2x the American cheese plus whatever veggies. I received 3 slices of ham, 3 slices of turkey, 4 strips of bacon and 2 triangles of American cheese. $13 and I got that little! Come on now, if it had been a sub it would have had 8 pieces of ham and turkey, 4 strips of bacon and 8 triangles of cheese. Do better at training your employees or just ho ahead and...
