China Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in South Carolina

This establishment does not know how to admit fault and correct an issue (I’ve a few issues before, but just never said anything about how they handled the situation). Today I ordered orange beef with white rice and a shrimp roll. When I got home and opened the container, the beef definitely looked like the fried chicken that is used for the orange or general tso chicken. I immediately call and the woman who took my order said she remembers the order (I only live about 6 minutes away) and to give her a few minutes. She asked for my number before we got off the phone. I drive back to show her and when I get there she tells me it’s fried beef. I tell her the menu description says it’s lightly sautéed, which is different from fried. She proceeds to play in the food which I had not touched and tell me that it’s the same thing. She closes the little window and now seems to have grown a pair and she’s now loud talking to me although I was calm and didn’t get loud with her. She’s more aggressive and I am just standing there looking at her. She says she’s not recooking anything, which I didn’t have a problem with. She finally gives me a refund and as I take my money, I say thank you and walk away. She continues yelling as I am walking out of the door. This is probably the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been in. If I could give negative stars I would I went here last night and witnessed the most disgusting display of customer service. I only came in here because my usual place was closed but the customer in front of me order a large tea she only had change and counted it out on the counter the lady working was upset she had change. When the lady put the cup down the lid was not securely on and unfortunately when the customer went to grab it the cup spilt. Mind you the customer was carrying a baby and was so embarrassed and apologetic. She kept apologizing as they started to clean it up but the lady who worked there shoved the change back at her throwing tea and ice on her and yelled at her to take her money and get out. I stepped up and said excuse me it wasn't all her fault and the lady kept yelling for her to get out. I proceeded to ask for my debit card back that I would not be getting anything and let them know that was unacceptable to talk to anyone that way and I would make sure everyone would know. The rudeness and disregard for appropriate customer services gives me pause if my race did not play a part of her total disregard for my needs. I intentional stopped at this restaurant on my way home but it is far from the only Chinese cuisine between my home and work. In saying that, I corrected the order regarding the flavor of the wings... all along watching them take the wings ( with the incorrect flavor) and dump them in the sauce that I originally requested. I actually did not complain about that knowing the taste would be off. My complaint was my additional order did not include flats only but a mixture. Once bringing this error to her attention, she was rude, walking a way, ignoring me and repeating that I needed to pay an additional dollar.
