Chris' Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in South Carolina

A friend recommended this place to me and said to just order the nachos. I thought that was crazy so I ordered the nachos AND a pizza. The nachos came out and I immediately realized why he said to only order the nachos. They’re HUGE! Not only that, but they were the best nachos I’ve ever had. The BBQ sauce is honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. There’s so many flavors going on, I don’t know where to start. The waitress and the other staff that I spoke with were very, very kind and had a smiling face. This is a crazy time of year and typically the people that work in the restaurants are not smiling much. It looked like everyone actually liked their jobs and cared about the guests. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re reading this, go try it. You will love it. The prices are low. I didn’t look at the prices when I ordered my food so when I realized how great the nachos were, I knew I was about to get hit with a massive check. But nope. The nachos were $12.49 and the large pizza (18”) was around $20. So for basically $33, you can easily feed 4 people. Those two items alone, I would have paid $50-$60 for without hesitating.

We decided to try your establishment today for the first time. When we arrived, it was busy and all tables were full. We waited a very short time for an available table. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes without a single acknowledgement. The table beside us finished their meal, left, the table was quickly cleaned and had a new set of customers seated. That table was promptly greeted, ordered drinks, received their tea and their beer. Still, we had not even been greeted. The gentleman at the door, the one that sat us, kept looking over at our table, yet still did not even attempt to get service to us. We watched as multiple servers passed by us. My husband finally stopped a server and asked him if we could order. He responded with he would find our server and started to walk off. My husband told him nevermind that we would go somewhere else. As we started to leave, the server started yelling towards my husband to come back and he would take care of us. But we refused, I explained that we had sat there for over 10 minutes and watched as others had been sat and tended to and we were leaving. We were really looking forward to trying your establishment, as the food passing by us looked amazing. Please address this with your staff as not to disappoint another potential regular and losing...

Best place ever. The Cal zone oh my god it's like being back home in new jersey. In fact it's the best I've had so far. Pizza is great crust is perfect the flavor I'd perfect. Perfect amount of garlic in that calzone. Hey look, you want good food great service go to chris''s pizza. You won't regret it. I brought my father here once when he came to visit anytime he comes down. Every visit he makes, we are at chris''s pizza. And service... check this out we ordered pizza and calzone about 7pm today 9/15/17 there is a huge high school football game going today. So when we called it sounded busy as all hell. Girl tell my wife 30 minutes time goes by I tell the wife we better call because there always on time with delivery. They had 60 pizza order for the football game we called right in the middle of the chaos, gave us a free pizza for the mix up they were there in 15 minutes. I didn't even need to say anything the guy on the phone appologized told us what happened and gave us the free pizza on top of the one I ordered and my calzone.
