I wish there were an option to give a zero star rating. Prior to the fire and renovation I would've glady rated 5 stars because I've never had any complaints. Once reopened I was excited to return and only left dissapointed. I have tried a few more times since but now I can honestly say I will not return to this dairy Queen location. Im not in any way a picky eater but if I go out and pay for a burger it should be edible. Every single time I've been served limp french fries and a dried out burger plastered in mayonnaise and ketchup. My most recent visit, I had my hopes up again thinking maybe it had gotten better since the last time. Again, I was served a cold mayonnaise plastered burger and cold limp fries. I literally scraped half my sandwich away with the mayonnaise because it was so disgusting and tried to eat the burger plain, didn't happen. Again, high hopes that the blizzards were still phenomenal because they're always good. I spoke with the cashier and she suggested the royal reeses brownie blizzard, so I ordered it. Then I proceeded to stand in the tiniest waiting area as people started to pile in. I mean like 4 families. They're being served their sundae sides, etc and I'm just standing there looking at them from the other side of the counter, hoping they will catch a hint. Unfortunatley, they didn't pick up on my hint or the young staff just didn't care. After about 20-30 mins of watching them b.s. behind the counter while I'm just waiting for my ice cream, I peek behind the counter and show my receipt to the owner and tell him I've been waiting.. He takes the initiative to make my blizzard for me and looks to the cashier and asks about the brownie topping. She tells him they're out so I can have a reeses blizzard. At this point whatever. Blizzard was garbage. I will never go back. I would never...
Read moreWorst experience with any establishment ever! The manager/owner was AWFUL and gave us a hard time about everything. First he gave me a hard time when I was ordering. Then we ordered a hotdog kids meal with a banana instead of fries and it comes with a drink and treat. He gave us fries and fought with us over giving our son a drink like we ordered—because he got a banana. Finally he got a milk but we had to ask two or three times for the banana we ordered. THEN the guy gives us an all out fight over getting our son’s ice cream which COMES WITH THE KIDS MEAL—because he got a banana 🤦🏻♀️😡😡😡 To make matters worse, the hotdogs were discolored looking (not the normal pink a hotdog normally is. The outside was very brown—a color I’ve never seen on a hotdog— and the inside was pink). I would stay FAR from this restaurant! They need to read their own menu and make sure their hotdogs are fresh! It’s not MY fault he rang it up wrong or got it confused. We have an 8 year old and have been ordering kids meals from DQ for years. I know how they work. It’s sad that this restaurant has been ruined. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl but...
Read moreTerrible experience. We ordered a 4 piece chicken basket with fries tossed in honey bbq, a large #5 combo, and a small shake. They originally forgot the number 5 entirely, which wouldn't have been a problem if the drive-thru employee wasn't so rude about being asked about it. After she stormed off, another employee came up to ask about the problem. She then proceeded to charge again for the meal. Me, being me, and already heated, just shut up, paid, and took the small meal before I got rude myself. Onion rings had no batter on them because it had all fallen off and been sitting in grease at the bottom of the container. Honey BBQ wings had specks of sauce on them, none for the most part. Asked for extra ketchup in the bag, got 3 packets total.
The milk shake was good, which it better be from a place claiming to be a...
