Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

I wish I had looked here prior to ordering but use the app when ordering. Never have any issue but ordered at 6:50pm and showed that it had delivered but never received it. Called (or tried calling the store) and had been on hold for now over 30 minutes… I don’t think I’m getting pizza tonight.

UPDATE: I am normally Calm and coolheaded, but whoever finally answered the phone and spoke with me at this dominoes location needs to be fired. They should not be talking to customers on the phone very rude and not willing to listen to the customer. Claim they tried to call to call me several times as they do not have delivery drivers right now. I have literally had my phone with me the hold time (ON HOLD WITH THE STORE) and have not had one call coming through from them. I said I could come get the pizza but I would like to be refunded and she said they can’t do that since they tried to call me? I said fine refund me for the pizza that I never received and will not be coming to get and I’ll get dinner somewhere else.

Will be reaching out/calling corporate, for sure. Probably my worst restaurant experience and I eat out a lot so that says something.

UPDATE: so I asked for a refund and went out to get something else for dinner. When I returned to my hotel there was my pizza. On the floor in front of my door, cold. I thought they didn’t have any delivery drivers? You can’t make this up. All I want is a refund.

I placed an order with these disrespectful unprofessional people TONIGHT around 10:30 got my order a whole hour later and it was burnt to a crisp called and whoever answered had a really bad attitude like I burnt his food said he’s going to remake it even though they were closing in 20 mins a refund would have been fine but whatever he said he’d have it out to me by 12 driver comes back at 12:20 am I buzz him in the gate he pulls up to my townhome at 12:20 AM and lays on the horn like huh ??? Then he just sits in the truck never got out to bring my food as if I were supposed to come out to the truck and get it so I’m standing at the door he’s literally sitting in his truck HE PULLS OFF with my food and the store is no longer answering calls ! If I could give these bums -1 star I would don’t ever order from here they have the most disgusting attitudes for literally no reason all I did was support your business by purchasing food why be mad at me your burned up my food not the other way around I want a refund asap ! It’s almost 1am that i placed this order HOURS AGO...

I ordered a pizza Thursday night 7/28 and it never arrived. When it was out for delivery the app showed the driver a block or two away just sitting there for about 20 minutes before the app showed it was delivered. I immediately called the store but never did get an answer. I sent corporate a message explaining the situation and the next day the franchise owner sent me an email. She didn't offer a refund, only offered 1 medium 2 topping pizzas which still doesn't add up to what I originally ordered. I was Finally able to get someone on the phone the next morning. That lady said the manager would call me in about an hour to get card info so she could refund my money. It's currently Sunday morning and I still have yet to hear from anyone. I'm not as upset about the money as I am about thinking the driver probably ate my pizza and lied about making the delivery. It would appear they have no plan to return my money so I've disputed it...
