ALL 3 of the chicken items I bought were BURNT to a crisp, and when I called the store to get some more made or a refund, I get told (after being put on hold by 2 different people for 5 minutes each) I would have to drive to the store for the exchange! (IT WAS A DELIVERY!) I demand a refund, get put on hold AGAIN, to be finally told the food will get made and delivered. This store's customer (dis)service has been horrible since before the pandemic, so using Covid-19 as an excuse doesn't cut it. Why is it the customer's fault when the order was not made right? Why is the customer supposed to just eat improperly cooked food? WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR A REFUND ON AN ORDER THAT THE RESTAURANT MESSED UP, GIVE IT TO THEM! I will not be going to this store again. I rather spend a bit more and get better service from Pizza Hut.
3/12/22 Ordered online, was told it would be 32 minutes until delivery. Fast forward 45 minutes, I call the store and politely inquire about my order. The girl who answered the phone told me "It's at the store." with a snarky tone. I asked her "Why is it still at the store when I ordered delivery?" She comes back with "' 'cause we only got 2 drivers!, like I knew that. I started to ask her when I could expect my food when she asks me, again with attitude, "You want me ta cancel it?!" I said " What is your name? With that tone, yes I do. And I want to speak to your manager." She had hung up on me about half way through. I had a relative call back, ask for the manager and guess who says they are the manager but the same girl who gave me nothing but attitude when I asked about my order and hung up on me -- RONIESHA! RONIESHA (I don't know how exactly to spell the name) needs to learn some things before she works with the public. LEAVE THE ATTITUDE AT HOME! -- you don't know who is on the other end of the line and what they may do. If there are too few drivers, shut the site down or adjust the timer instead of lying about it! I will NOT be going back if she is working. And I will find a way to take this up the chain,...
Read moreI'm a little late with this review. I ordered online Saturday, June 26. This was for a delivery to a hotel. I love using the domino's tracker, because you can see how badly your order is being neglected (I've had a very similar issue with another dominos in the recent past). The tracker said my order was checked and ready for delivery at 10:16 pm, about 35 minutes after I placed the order. No problem. By 10:45 there's been no knock on the door. I called and was told that it would be out in the next car. I already know it's cooling off as it has sat for a half hour. By 11:15 still no knock. I called again and reminded them that my order was cooked and ready to go an hour ago. They apologized and said it shouldn't be long. Finally at 10 minutes past midnight it arrives. 2 hours after it was already cooked and ready to go!!! I was not surprised at all to find that it's not even warm. It felt less than room temperature. At the very least I assumed that they had prepared a new order since I knew that it sat for so long. And that would have explained the extra long wait after the second phone call. Nope. They sent it anyway. My coworker and I thought about just sending the guy away with his cold pizza. We had a long day, working 14 hours on the road making deliveries. We just wanted something in our stomach. Anyway, y'all suck! Places like this need to take a good look at their managment team. They clearly don't care....
Read moreWitnessed an employee handle cash and door handles of various vehicles and the entrance then immediately return to making pizza dough without washing his hands. In times like these, things like that shouldn't happen at all. There is zero excuse. Might want to choose another location. This Domino's is closest to me...unfortunately. I've used their app to order many times, especially now considering they bring it out to the vehicle. Sadly that didn't work out. Checked in on the tracker (tracker indicated it was ready about 5 minutes before pulling up), replied to the text with "HERE" as instructed and proceeded to turn on my hazard lights. Ten minutes later, nothing. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching people come and go I decided to go inside. Somehow they "lost" my pizza. Not a huge deal, no worries, I'm a pretty laid back dude. I go back to the car to wait. Another 20 minutes passes by and, once again, nothing. Walk back in and they LOST IT FOR A SECOND TIME. How? I have absolutely no idea. Had to raise my voice (which I seriously hate to do) just to get them to make my order. They weren't too happy about it either. Had to make sure "dirty hands dude" wasn't the one to make my pie as well. Granted, they did give me a refund and an extra pizza for free but only because I had to make a scene. I'll be moving back to Hungry Howie's whenever I want pizza...
