First I have to say that once my food finally arrived it was hot and well made. The quality of food from this location has never been an issue. HOWEVER I've used the online ordering service for this location many times and tonight has been the most disappointing experience. Ordering online was easy enough, but the posted wait time was 53 to 63 minutes. A bit long, but it was a fairly large order, so I shrugged it off. An hour comes and goes and people are getting antsy for their food. It had never taken this long before, even with a larger order, so I called the store to see what was up. I was assured by the gentleman that my order had just left the building and I would receive delivery in about 5 minutes. Over 20 minutes later food is finally just getting to our door. I was just dialing the shop when we got the knock on our door. I informed the very rude manager that my food had only just arrived, to which she cuts me off stating that they had an hour and a half wait time! I told her that I was quoted 53 to 63 min, and she argues with me. She continues to cut me off and insists that they did nothing wrong, and offers only a simple "I apologize for the wait." I told her I did not appreciate being lied to, and that if I knew it was going to be an hour and a half from the start, then I would have made other plans. She stated that the posted wait times for online orders are never accurate. (Again, I've ordered this way many times before and this is the first time this has been an issue.) I told her this and she only repeats the hour and a half wait time, asks if I have my food and states that the only thing she can do to make good on the whole mess is to refer my email address and phone number to the company. We ordered pizza because we have work very early the next morning. It was suppose to be a convenience, one that we pay a premium for. My issues are

Read moreWent to pick up the pizza I ordered online and after I paid, I noticed the guy taking all the food out of the oven and cutting it/ boxing it was not wearing his mask. He had it hanging down from his left ear. He was also talking the entire time OVER the food. I asked another worker to ask him to put his mask on as he is the one handling all the food. She did and he said "Huh? Oh.." and put it on then proceeded to hand me my pizza that he had just cut with it off, while talking. (Had I been thinking here, I would've just asked for my money back, but I wasn't). When I got home, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. When I explained to him what happened, he said "I didn't have my mask on because I was talking to my employees about a different issue". I told him, "you can talk with a mask on and they can hear. I work in healthcare and legit have my mask on all day long". He told me it is hard to breathe by the oven with the mask on. He kept making excuses. I told him I didn't care. I have an autoimmune disease and he was talking over all the food he touched, and with a virus going around that easily kills those of us with these diseases it'd be nice if he cared about those buying food from him. He said "what do you want? me to make you another pizza"? and I told him I did not want him anywhere near my food. He told me that wasn't necessary and that he was the ONLY ONE there that could make a pizza.... AT DOMINOS... only one person out of the 6 I saw could make a pizza? wow. Drivers are fantastic but talked to the GM named Ashley today about how last night I got EXTRA sauce and cheese when I ordered LIGHT and there were no banana peppers on my pizza which I paid extra for!!!!!!!! She was very nonchalant and uncaring, implied it was my fault, and said there was nothing I could do because I didn't called when I got my pizza @ 1 in the morning!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!
On Friday, 8/12/16, I attempted the call the store a total of FIVE TIMES between 11:30pm and 12:30am. The first time, it took 20 minutes for someone to just pick it up and then put us on hold as quickly as possible. The next four times, they answered but hung up on me immediately. We eventually get through and order, the pizza came in 20 min, delivery guy (had an accent) was very nice and apologized, pizza was fresh and good. So why did we have such a hard time putting in the order?! It totally turned me and my roommates off. We all work food and bev so we get off super late and we're just hungry. This is unacceptable customer service. By the time the pizza got here...1am!!!!!...we were so tired we didn't even eat it. Took everything in me not to go down there...I don't know why it was such a hassle to pick up the phone...we live one mile away! Next time, I'll go to Pizza Hut or Papa John's...may be a little more expensive but at least they act like they actually appreciate your business! Wish I could give this store -100...
